I have spent several hours today hopefully working up some support for a family member who is doing a long charity walk starting at the end of next week. I am hoping for an immediate response to multiple requests for a quick and easy donation of £5.

'givestar.io' could not have been more clear, helpful and easy to use.

Great platform for fundraising, easy to share the link or give information to followers. Best bit is you can turn your phone into a card reader on Boost donate! So easy to help you hit your target! This platform is the future and can not recommend enough!

Givestar is a phenomenal fundraising platform!! There’s so many epic features and you can raise money for more than 1 charity. Really love the contactless card payments as well - such a great feature!

I’ve really enjoyed using GiveStar to raise money for Street Child. I love the feature that allows me to take card and phone payments rather than relying on people remembering to do it later. The support for I’m the GiveStar team had also been exceptional!

Really easy to use, all the features you need. Excellent service when I had a query. Their app is great and one of the best features allows you to take payments on your phone. Givestar will always be my go to fundraising platform from now on.

Trying to create an account with this company, in order to donate is impossible. Useless.

It’s very frustrating when all you want to do is support someone who has done an amazing thing, and the web site won’t allow you to.

17 May. I have tried again and my payment has gone through. This is not what I was experiencing beforehand. We tried and tried to donate but the web site was not letting us, and insisted on creating an account. Rather an infinite loop situation.
