Product has yet to arrive after 4 weeks. A delivery issue with DHL. Caught up on Customs in the US for the first time and I cannot get an email back from the company with any assistance.

packaging e dosatore non ottimali
L'imballo è arrivato parzialmente aperto nella sua scatola in legno, la sicura non era chiusa in maniera adeguata. Il tappino in sughero si è rotto a metà dopo un paio di utilizzi, probabilmente sono stato poco delicato. Non trovo particolarmente funzionale la modalità di utilizzo del dosatore, che essendo in sughero si sporca spesso sui contorni.
Sull'aceto balsamico DOP affinato nulla da recriminare, ottimo.

Indeed, the order arrived, only incomplete. "1 Silver Medal - Cubica × 2" is missing. We would receive a single box with the rest of the products, except for these 2 bottles. I have also attached the pictures of the products.

We took a day trip from Bologna to do a balsamic tasting. We were not disappointed. All of the employees were extremely knowledgeable. They educated us on the process of making and aging of the vinegar. I placed an order for shipping and it arrived at our home before we did! I would highly recommend Giusti for a tasting experience.

La gestione dell'ordine é stata…
La gestione dell'ordine é stata perfetta così come i tempi di consegna. Il corriere della consegna invece molto scadente infatti non ha atteso un minuto al cancello ed ha gettato la merce al di là del cancello rischiando che il materiale fragile si rompesse
