L’aceto balsamico tradizionale acquistato ad occhi chiusi è sicuramente è un ottimo prodotto, perché ho avuto precedentemente la fortuna di essere stato in acetaia per una visita guidata e degustazione degli aceti balsamici. Esperienza fantastica.

Aceto Giusti. Una garanzia
Un consumatore può scegliere se acquistare prodotti da supermercato oppure quelli di qualità eccellente. Per quanto riguarda l’aceto balsamico Giusti, il loro aceto si colloca in una fascia di qualità altissima senza che tu sia costretto ad accendere un mutuo bancario. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Non cambierei per nessuna ragione al mondo. Grazie

Ci sono luoghi dove il tempo non passa, fermenta
Ci sono luoghi dove il tempo non passa: fermenta. L’Antica Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti è uno di questi.
Visitare la cantina storica significa entrare in una specie di cattedrale silenziosa: batterie di botticelle di legni diversi — rovere, castagno, ciliegio, ginepro — dove ogni travaso racconta anni, non stagioni. L’aria profuma di mosto cotto, legno e attesa. L’attesa è l’ingrediente principale del balsamico, e non si può accelerare: ci sono balsamici di oltre cent'anni che vengono venduti qui, e il sapore che hanno è il sapore del Tempo.
La degustazione guidata - gratuita - è stata uno di quei momenti in cui capisci davvero cosa significhi la parola “stratificazione”: dolcezza, acidità, densità, memorie di frutta, legno, caramello. Non un condimento, ma un racconto liquido.
Fa sempre un certo effetto pensare che un prodotto nato come lusso quasi privato sia diventato uno dei simboli gastronomici italiani più riconoscibili nel mondo. Modena ha questa capacità: trasformare la pazienza in identità.
È stata un’esperienza bella, generosa - la visita guidata, una passione condivisa, e quella sensazione rara di aver visto non solo come si produce qualcosa, ma perché.

It was a lovely experience at the store. BUT we have not had our products delivered yet. They were supposed to be to us by last week. They are now stuck somewhere according to DHL. We are waiting word from the store to see what the problem is.
