Fantastic service from the very first call to it all being approved the team were on hand whenever I was unsure or nervous it was like having a bunch of friends looking after me but with a full professional service if you are worried about anything this is the company you need by your side i recommend this company to everyone and thank them for a superb professional and friendly service at a time where I was in trouble and worried for the future.

Like many people I thought this would be a very hard call to make, full of judgement and embarrassment.

I finally called Giraffe money, Darren could not have been easier to deal with, he was not judgmental, he made it clear the hardest part was already done by making the call. Within days Giraffe had gone through my finances and advised on the best way forward We agreed and had sorted out the IVA and we just has to wait for the meeting.

This was approved and i will start my way out of Debt

The whole team was friendly, non judgmental and professional throughout and I could not recommend Giraffe enough to anyone in the same position as I was.

I saw an ad for these guys on Facebook so at first was a bit skeptical. I clicked the ad and it put me in contact with a man named Darren. My god, he has been an absolute life savour. He has helped me so much, and was like an angel sent from above to help me. He made the whole process so easy, took his time with me to explain everything and was at the end of the phone when I was texting him at ridiculous hours worried.. he was there and was not judging me at all, all he did was help. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! I now have financial freedom to look forward to and never have to worry again! Thank you Darren and the team, you guys have literally saved my life! I had fantastic help from the guys at Giraffe money. I really was in a bad situation but Anthony listened and came up with a solution. I honestly feel like they cared about my problem. I'm now on the way to being debt free and feel like a massive black cloud has been lifted. I first came across this company on Facebook and had been seeing it for a while I wasn’t to sure about the company at first but once I started chatting to Darren, he made me feel really comfortable about talking about my debt as don’t talk about it to anyone, once we had completed everything and they sent it over it was sorted with in a couple of weeks and now I couldn’t be happier with being able to afford this that I could do before and having the weight lifted off my shoulders thanks guys you did an amazing job! I stumbled across Giraffe on facebook and was dubious at first, as with most ads that pop up. However, I am so grateful I contacted them. They almost seemed too good to be true. My case took a little longer than others due to my owing money to quite a lot of creditors. Over the years I had unintentionally accumulated more and more debt and despite this being mostly down to family circumstances I felt so ashamed of myself. The guys at Giraffe listened with no judgment whatsoever and did everything they could to help me. I'm sure this sometimes included over the weekend! Debt can happen to anyone and it's not a nice place to be. Giraffe were there for me every step of the way and still continue to be. IVA signed in April and I honestly feel like such a weight has been lifted. Giraffe allowed me to have a fresh start. Anthony, I can't thank you and your team enough. Thank you to Darren too.

After getting into issues I could no longer deal with I was scrolling through Facebook and up popped giraffe. I spoke on messenger to begin with and from the get go ant was super friendly and we exchanged some details and within weeks it has all been sorted

I was at the stage where I had spoken to StepChange and the Citizens Advice Burea and they were both pushing for either a Debt Management Plan which would've taken me approx 25 years to finish or to go Bankrupt. The day before I was going to call them up and start Bankrupt proceedings Giraffe Money randomly popped up on my Facebook feed (Technology will soon take us over I swear!) and I thought, well whats there to lose! I filled my details in on their website and the next morning (it was like 2AM when I filled in it) I got a call from Anthony. He explained everything, told me how they could potentially help and said they'd be with me every step of the way, even now and until the IVA has completed. And they are. I've messaged Anthony so much on Whatsapp he's probably sick of seeing my name flash up at silly o'clock at night, when those anxious voices in my head pop up No judgement.The majority of my debt came from an ex-partner which has made me wary of men, but I was totally put at ease. After the Anthony started everything off, Darren took over for the IVA application and between them they have saved me over £800 a month which I couldnt afford. I can breathe and sleep easier now. Due to Covid there was a delay in the IVA being approved by the creditors (their representatives have been extra busy as expected) but still everyone at Giraffe Money has kept me sane, optimistic and 5 minutes ago I just sign the final document sorting it all out.
