I originally switched to Gimme Care because of their transparent pricing and the fact that they don’t charge a monthly membership fee to pad their costs like other GLP-1 providers. Unfortunately, the savings aren't worth the headache.
I transferred an existing prescription with explicit assurances that my dosage and quantity would be matched. That didn't happen:
Inaccurate Dosages & Shortages: My first vial ran out early. When I reached out, customer service brushed it off, claiming the medication amount was correct and only the label was printed wrong.
Repeated Issues: My second order arrived with the exact same shortfall. Again, they assured me it was fixed, but I ran out early a second time.
Refusal to Take Responsibility: After three months of going back and forth, GimmieCare continues to deny my claims. They refuse to issue a refund, provide a credit, or make things right in any way.
To top it off, their customer service is a nightmare. There is no phone support—you can only reach them via email, and responses consistently take anywhere from four to seven days. That is completely unacceptable for an online provider managing your medication.
Save yourself the frustration. There are far too many reliable GLP-1 options available now to waste time and money on a company with zero accountability. Find another provider.

I was prescribed the medication and paid for a 3 month supply on 7/30. The medication wasn’t sent to the pharmacy until 8/16 after I messaged concerned why the medication had not arrived yet. It is still “at the pharmacy” to this date 2 weeks later and I have been sending multiple messages a day asking for an update or a refund and do not get a response. They were quick to get my money but not to respond to me or send me at least a follow up message. I would be highly cautious ordering from this company.

Good price, but my order is very delayed and they don't care. When asking them about it, I just received automated/standardized response messages, even when asking to talk with a person. In fact, I’m not even sure if I’ll receive my order or get my money back. I’ve already sent emails and messages today, but no one is responding—and it’s during business hours. There is no phone number to contact them.

My first order for 3 months was fine I received email about next order and confirmed Each order contained 1 bag with syringes and I bag with medication vial It wasn’t until I was a couple weeks into the second order that I realized there was not enough medication for 3 months Only 1 month Turns out there should have been 2 more vials in order I only received 1 Customer service ( if you call it that ) refuses to help Said I should have reported in 48 hours How was I to know what SHOULD be in box but isn’t They refuse telephone response Only email I feel I was cheated out of $260 All I got was “ sorry “

I had ordered from this company twice previously without any major issues, so I was extremely disappointed with how my most recent order was handled.

I have been on the same dose of my GLP-1 medication for several months, but my latest shipment was short by approximately one full week's dose. I contacted customer service and spoke with two different representatives. After multiple back-and-forth messages, they ultimately acknowledged that I had been provided the wrong amount/dosage of medication.

Despite acknowledging the error, they were unwilling to actually correct it. The only thing I asked was for a small credit for the missing week's dose that I could apply to my next order (which I was going to have to place early). They refused multiple times. I was repeatedly told to contact the provider instead. I did exactly that and never received a response.

I had been a repeat customer and ever referred a few others and would have continued ordering from them if this had been handled appropriately. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service when there was a problem have caused me to consider taking my business elsewhere.

Worst customer support ever. I tried getting in contact with support because I has questions. Price isn't the only thing that matters...to me anyway. I wanted to get mt questions answered, and NEVER did...The rep that did FINALLY reply was named Nathalia. Two times she gave a a 'Canned ' reply, that right there tells me what kind of 'customer suppoert you would get if you ever needed to get in contact. So I'll go elsewhere.!
