It was easy! When my prescription didn’t finalize Olivia reached out same day and got everything resolved quickly. This is my first experience with this company but even with the hiccup, so far so good.

Everything is going great so far Had a minor hiccup. It all has been adjusted and taken care of.
Customer Service has been prompt with responses to questions
They have been explaining and handling everything thoroughly. So far im doing good with my medication. The app, the C.S Reps and Doctor and Clinicians have been very very helpful and understanding.

I can't get any answers.
The first time I recieved from this company went great. This is the second time and has been horrendous. I have tried to reach customer support for a week and only get "this has been escalated," and then no response. One of my medications was delivered in another town. One of them is not the same as what the doctor said. I have tried contacting support and have been left on not read after several messages were seen but ignored. The last one has been left open and for 24 hours, so I am unable to even start a new chat. have sent multiple emails with no correction or response. My payments were processed 2 weeks ago.

I ordered on August 21 andon September…
I ordered on August 21 andon September 1 it was still sitting at the pharmacy and not shipped. My coworker ordered on August 31 and her order shipped on September 2. I had to cancel my order and order from somewhere else. Not a reliable company and they still have my $160. Not sure if I will ever get that back.

Took my money no medicine
I paid for my monthly subscription and the medicine was not delivered. I tried to reach out but all they have is an email, no live agent to talk to on the phone. I went an entire month beforeI I was feed up and tried to cancel my subscription. They gave me excuse after excuse why they couldn't cancel. So I had to go to my bank and put a block on subscription. Very poor customer service . Now I am going to try and get my 200 back. I don't have much confidence.
