Sent out random meal not one ordered, the prawn curry was not very hot hardly any prawns lots of water sauce and chunks of potatoes, the salt & pepper quid was nice getting 2 stars only because delivery was quick, but curry wasn’t hot as Luke warm . Total waste of money

Great food. Really enjoyed our meal last night. Service was OK, there was a long wait at times and although the staff was polite they were not particularly friendly

Love giggling squid, all the food was delicious and our waiter was really friendly and attentive.

We returned to Winchester restaurant for our wedding anniversary after a fab meal last year. Unfortunately the food quality has changed. The shared starter was Very greasy. The meat was gristly. I ordered the hake dish and my partner the steak. Sauces on both dishes were gloopy and tasted mass produced. It looked as if sauce was slopped on the top of the steak! The quality of both fish and steak were poor for the price. The food came out to table luke warm. Such a shame!! Will not be returning to this restaurant.

A fantastic evening spent here for our first wedding anniversary. Great service, devor and food. Ming was very polite and heloful

First time at giggling squid bury st edmunds my wife and I really enjoyed the experience and the food the waitress Sai was brilliant will definitely be back

The starter platter was nice, when we ordered main course the. Pad thai (chicken) hardly had any flavour to it, was very bland!
Was very disappointed this time , they took over 20mins to bring our food out!

Visited Giggling Squid in Bury, food and service were excellent. Given 4 star due to 'tip' being applied to the bill without me requesting it, even though we would have tipped I hate it when it's assumed. Will come back again for sure!

Saturday nights delivery was so very poor from GS Tunbridge Wells. Poor quality and poor taste. Such a let down!
The meat/fish dishes were full of horrible tofu with little meat. What a con.
We won’t be ordering from there again!

Giggling Squid - Berkhamstead. Pim was our server and her service was professional. Pim was exceptionally friendly and assisted to meet our dietary choices. The food was extremely tasty. Personal preference, such as extra chilli, were catered for speedily and with customer focus.
It was my wife’s birthday and we even received a surprise birthday sweet treat 😊
The Giggling Squid offer exceptional service, fresh-tasting food and personal customer care.
I highly recommend it and we will be visiting again.

Excellent lunch of Thai tapas in Oxford -def going again! Excellent squid (obviously) and fab fried prawns - and you can sit outside and watch the world go by too -

Visited the Nottingham Restaurant as a group of 10 people. The restaurant was very busy and noisy, the staff struggled to speak above the noise level and therefore the service was not what you would expect.
The food did not delivery in anyway, the starter portions were poor 5 chicken wings for £7.50 is not good value. The main courses did not arrive all together and in some cases were tepid at best, one of our party received their meal which sore no resemblance to what had been ordered , to be told that they hadn't received a delivery of some of the ingredients, if you don't have the ingredients take of the menu!! The dish was removed from the final bill
On receipt of the bill we were not told about the service charge that had been added and subsequently complained about this to be offered a refund.

Polite and informative waitress Lucy was excellent. The service and food was brilliant as usual.
We will be back!

Fab food and service. Would have been 5 stars just upset toilets were mixed.
It’s hard enough being a woman not being able to break wind or burp etc in front of men but at least you can do so in the ladies, but no not here especially after a massive dinner.

Busy and noisy, starters (green papaya salad and crispy garlic squid - very good). Mains bland and greasy. Staff friendly and efficient.

Windsor branch
Food was average - a bit bland! Waitress responded rudely when we asked her for extra cuterly (used during starters) and then again for two glasses of tap water. We were made to feel that our requests were unreasonable! And the worst thing is that I provided this feedback directly to Giggling and Squid but they never responded.

Reigate Branch
On a particularly hot Saturday evening we had to wait 15 minutes to order drinks only then to be told 20 mins later that the drinks we had ordered were not available. Food was lukewarm and service pretty poor, just didn’t seem to be enough properly trained staff. We’re also amazed that having ordered a second bottle of white wine we were told that there were no bottles available (although we could order by the glass 🤔).
Disappointing evening at a place that everyone seems to rave about.

Billericay branch - very disappointing
Starters took 40 mins to arrive and were lukewarm. The squid had an undercooked texture about it. We asked the server to ensure that the mains were hot. We waited another 35 mins for them. The food was only hot where the plates had been heated (the base), the rest was tepid. My free glass of fizz (for my birthday) was added to the bill and when removed the service charge wasn't reduced. We weren't offered another drink and couldn't get anyone's attention. All in all very disappointing birthday meal. We go to the Chelmsford branch once a month and I have always been able to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately it was fully booked (understandably).

Went to the Bracknell giggling squid it’s only been open two days but the food was absolutely amazing and the manager in charge , Courtney is just so good at her job very welcoming and very organised. Considering it’s only been open two days it was run very well. It can only get better but I have to say the chefs are amazing and the food was delicious.
