I wouldn’t say the product is sh*t, but it is not a teddy it’s a 2d pillow, not what I was hoping for as they advertise as a teddy but it is nice

The cushions i received of my two cats were very cheap looking 2 D cushions and one of them looked nothing like my cat?! It different face markings?! Total waste of £95!!!!!

Produkten marknadsfördes med bilder som gav intrycket av en 3D-/plyschliknande nyckelring, men det jag fick var en platt akrylbit med ett tryckt foto. Det står “2D plane” längst ner i texten, men huvudbilderna är enligt mig starkt missvisande. Kundtjänst svarade att produkten är “produced in 2D to achieve a 3D effect”, men slutresultatet liknar inte annonsbilderna. Jag rekommenderar inte att köpa från giftshare.shop.

I saw this company advertising a "pet pillow" online. My first purchase came out as a cartoonish photo of our black cat. I wanted the cat shaped plush.i asked if the q style was what I was asking for. I pm'd them on Facebook. There was some delay in a reply. I was told the q style was a 2d representation. Upon receiving it it looked almost exactly like the first flat pillow except the features were more in depth. I asked about this and sent in my order information as requested. No reply was sent!
I saw the cat shaped pillow advertised on Instagram and Facebook. I again asked about the product. I finally received a reply with the link to their website. I asked on Instagram pm and again on Facebook for the exact link to the "cat shaped plush". i also asked on their post on Facebook with no reply! In My last email via Facebook pm I sent a photo of what I received and asked how to order the plush, with their website photo. I was then told they only currently carried "throw pillows"! Very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of answers as well as why they're advertising something they claim they don't carry! Will not order every product hoping to receive what I want!

Det bestilte lever slet ikke op til det forventede. Kun et halvdårligt print i 2D i stedet for dem de viser i reklamerne.

Don’t waste your money with this company. I got scammed big time. When it is time to refund you because they made a awful job on your request, they just try to scam you more. I have two dogs that I wanted a souvenir of them and when i received my order I was really disappointed, I could hardly recognize them.

Don’t waste your money…. They advertise 3d models but sent you a 2d product that’s nothing like the ad 😡 (small print) does say 2d…. But can’t help feeling I got scammed big time
