For future customers, my advice is simple: be honest and polite with the person who represents the company. When you communicate respectfully and clearly, the representative will match your energy and do their best to help you.
The individual who assisted me was extremely professional, patient, and willing to help me far beyond his required scope. No matter what obstacles came up, he handled each one carefully and guided me step by step until everything was successfully resolved. He didn’t have to go to those lengths, but he did — and I truly appreciate it.

My only go to for Gift Cards.
I've been using HB since last year without any issues. In a world where there are many scams out there HB has consistently been honest and upfront. I've also noticed that HB has improved their customer service by providing payment options that makes the process faster and safer for all. My only go to for Gift Cards.
