I had an issue with a bonus on an Adidas card which got ommitted within the purchase process through the Topcashback site.

I bought the one for all cards and…
I bought the one for all cards and received the physical cards on 24th Jun. Yet, the card value is incorrect. I requested to replace the cards, though case was opened but the issue has been pending since then and still no resolution after 1 week. Please have someone to look into my case.

Misleading promotion, zero customer service
Gift card promoted as 12% off, however, it was actually less than 6% when I checked my payments. Requested a refund after realising the misleading promotion, however, never heard anything back, not even a confirmation email for receiving my refund request. Worst experience ever.

Money taken but e-gift not received.
£20 was taken from my bank account via bin but no confirmation of order or e-gift card was received. Order placed through to Topcashback who declined to sort it, but instructed me to contact others without giving me details who l should contact. I have spent too much time already and the matter has not been resolved.

A good selection of cards available with a very quick turn round for e-cards. Thank you.
Just check with your cc provider as they may charge for this as a cash transaction (as mine, Tesco, did) in which case use a debit card.

Teen Favourites Card
Having recently purchased a Teen favourites gift card for my granddaughter I was somewhat disappointed to find that not all of the advertised stores were shown on the front of the card that I received . In particular Pandora and TK Max , where she likes to shop . I am hoping this will not be a problem when she wants to make a purchase .

Extremely disappointed
I'm extremely disappointed with their service and how they handled the case...
Several months ago, when I first attempted to buy gift cards from them, it took me a few times to settle the payment successfully. Subsequently, I started getting used to the payment system and bought more gift cards.
In the most recent transaction, I purchased their gift cards as usual, but they seemed to have changed their policy to include a handling fee for each gift card I bought. I'm okay with a small fee for that (around £1.49 each), given that they have extra points added to each gift card. However, when I purchased the gift cards, the amounts were not provided accurately. The values were less than what I bought for. So they investigated for a few days and then refunded me after a week or so.

FALSE ADVERTISING - £5 Sign up code doesnt work
When you sign up to the website you get sent a £5 promo code (P1PBOMR4).
This code doesn't work on the website - they are false advertising so people sign up.

Giftcardstore Bonus Promotional Codes No Working
Originally I was really happy with using this website to buy gift cards. Process was easy until I came across an issue last week.
I purchased a digital gift card last week and was sent a 10% bonus promotional code (£50) to spend on the website.
When I entered the promotional code it says "Promotion code is not valid".
I contacted customer services who raised a ticket and I received an email asking me for the promotional code. I emailed back and called them to give them the promo code and received a response saying it would be added to the ticket. However, the case was automatically closed as they said they didn't receive a response to my email.
Another ticket has now been raised and I'm currently waiting on a response on that.
I notified them that it doesn't seem that the website is accepting any promotional codes at the moment and says they are all invalid.
A week on and I'm still no closer to getting to spend the 10% digital bonus promotional code that is advertised on the website.
*UPDATE 27/03*
Customer service emailed me with a new promotional code. I tested it and it worked - however it was only for £5 instead of £50. I have emailed them back once again waiting for a response.
*UPDATE 01/04*
I got a response today of the following:
"We have confirmed with our specialist that the codes you received are the only ones available, and we are unable to provide any additional bonus codes."
However, as above I was first provided a £50 code which was invalid and the second code provided was an incorrect value of £5.
I have found that the responses I have received show the level of customer service. So I would not recommend using this website. They are falsely advertising a 10% bonus card with purchase which they aren't providing valid codes for.
