I've bought from them several times and have always received my gift cards promptly if I buy during "business hours". It seems if you buy after hours or on a weekend then you may have to wait to get them which is not always convenient as I usually buy cards right before I make a purchase so you may have to plan accordingly. They do call you to verify you made the purchase and I know from experience if you don't answer their call, they will cancel your order which only makes sense.

I have only had an issue with one card not having the amount on it that it was sold as, and I emailed their support address and they responded with an apology and refunded the difference that I did not get.

I have also called after hours and left a message with a question and did not get a call back but I have called during hours and they picked up the phone and were helpful answering my questions.

I haven't sold any cards to them so I can't speak to that but I have noticed that almost every single discount card reseller has the same type of complaints and it usually consists of waiting to get paid so that doesn't make a difference in my purchasing decision.

Read a bunch of 1 star reviews and was a bit skeptical. They offer a 60 day return policy and I bought it with a credit card, but was low risk. Bought $2100 worth of gift cards to Disney and they all worked. Got a $300 discount. Worth the money! Will be using them again.

Unfortunately, I read the reviews on here shortly after purchasing gift cards from this website. I scroll past several one-star reviews stating that the website was heavily involved in fraud and ripping people off but too much surprise I received my gift cards via email an hour later. Zero complaints, I got exactly what I paid for, they didn't even call me (like other reviews stated) so I'm still confused by the 1-star reviews on here. My guess, possibly a competitor site trying to scare away potential customers or maybe an angry customer. These aren't vetted so pretty much anytime that you have a site that doesn't verify that the person typing the review is actually a customer... It's a free for all for people to type whatever they want.

card no balance, i questioned them about it, then they banned my account.

Bought the cards seem kind of sketchy that they need to call you to verify your account then when u call them you get a guy mark Cullen's voice mail however I didn't look at the reviews first. I got the gift cards the next day though I personally wouldn't hold on to the card long Don't trust them not to give the number to someone else too but I got the full value of what they said.

It's Scam do not buy anything in it

I bought a coldstone gift card from them and it was supposed to have $75 balance but it only had $47.04 balance. I am now struggling with dispute. After I created the dispute, they blocked my LOGIN as well. They Never responded to my email and Call goes to VM.
NEVER BUY from them. They are FRAUD Company.

Posted a gift card on that site 2 weeks ago went to check the balance it zeroed out & I still haven’t received payment & can’t reach them directly stay far away from these scammers don’t understand how they still are in business.

My gift card says that the number failed to generate. Customer support has been ghosting me for weeks.

The FAQ said they would provide e-gift card codes within 1-3 business days. One week later my gift card codes still had not been delivered and I finally received an email stating that my order was cancelled with no explanation given. Hopefully this was just a big waste of time and not some kind of scam to obtain people's credit card info for nefarious purposes.

I ordered my gift cards and promptly received a call for verification within 24 hrs and received my e cards. I would recommend anyone based on this experience.

The first time I went through them...I figured the 3 and a half week turnaround time was a glitch. I was just glad I FINALLY got paid. But now I will never use them again and you shouldnt either, go to Raise Marketplace and get way more for your gift cards MUCH faster. I am again waiting and waiting and waiting. I have called, I have been polite and I have been understanding but there is no excuse for it taking over a month to release a Zelle payment when the website promises a 10 day turnaround. I just hope they arent planning to rip me off. Do not trust these people.

I bought $1100 in Disney cards from them and the cards came through after 3 days and a phone call, but when I went to get more, the $4000 in inventory that was there the previous day was gone. Seems like their product has a short and volatile shelf life. I cashed the cards in quickly. Something still seems odd about this site, so I will watch my credit report closely.

Purchased/ordered three giftcards for $142.00. The transaction seemed to go thru OK. After about two hours I received an Email saying that my order had been cancelled. No reason given. I now recall that abour 4 months ago the same thing happened with this company. I will avoiud them in the future, have to wonder if they are legit.

100% legit. I don't know how they have all these 1 star experiences. Their site automatically communicates with you each step of the way. I bought regal egift card for 17.6% off. That's awesome. You buy it and it will take a day to get to you. Read the FAQs and you'll know that. Thanks for the great experience.
Just a tip though...fix your number formatting from $18.6 to $18.60 that trips me out and made me worried if it was a scam.
