The ease of using the on line shopping facility. Living in rural area it is difficult to get to the bricks and mortar shop fronts. So it was a great experience to do this online and have it delivered
I ordered the 12” rotating pizza oven, I had to get it delivered was delivered to my home in less than 2 weeks. The pizza oven is absolutely perfect, making my own is far better.

False advertising for free shopping but…
False advertising for free shopping but then charged anyway. Staff would not honour it.

Then it should be advertised as such and not come up as free shipping when I add it into my cart. I wasn't even charged the correct heavy shipping fee. I shouldn't have to deep dive the website for policies when it came up saying I had free delivery.
