They offered to resend but what is the point when the occasion had passed.

As we do not deliver out parcels ourselves but with a courier company if anything like a parcel being damaged this has to be brought to our attention for us to then contact our customer. As soon as StarTrack had contacted us about the damaging of your order we contacted you straight away to apologise and ask how you would like to proceed, whether it be a refund or a resend - as many of our customers do prefer a resend. We completely understand that this information came to you even after your requested delivery date however it was the first time this was brought to our teams attention as well. Good hamper
It was a lovely hamper and my daughter and son-in-law thoroughly enjoyed everything in it. It was also very good value for money.

The service was efficient. I was advised it might take two to three days before the gift basket I have ordered can be delivered but the gift was delivered the following day.
