Such a great idea!
I sent a gift basket as a thank you to a work colleague and she absolutely loved it! Gift baskets are such a great idea and there were so many options and alternatives to choose from. Will definitely be using this service again. Delivery was also quick too!

I was happy with the gift baskets…
I was happy with the gift baskets however no gift cards were attached to the baskets, so the departments had no idea who they were from! If the instructions didn’t make sense I would have thought after spending over $200 you would have contacted the buyer to clarify. Disappointed.

Hi Douglas, our sincere apologies in regards to your order arriving one day earlier than requested. There have been severe delays Australia Wide and have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. This is something we have been advising our customers of at the checkout stating our delivery date calendar is to only serve as a guide and that orders may be sent out earlier in efforts to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, I understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you.
