I trusted GIEC Global with my hard-earned money by paying complete professional fee inclusive of tax and timely provided my personal documents, for an important immigration journey. However, my experience after payment has resulted in significant mental stress, anxiety, and a complete breakdown of professional trust and relationship with this company!

CAUTION! - The terms of the signed agreement were clear, but despite this, I feel that my concerns regarding the agreed process and refund obligations have not been handled in the professional and transparent manner I expected.

What has been most disappointing is the repeated inconsistency with unprofessional arrogant tone, condescending cues in communication, faulty different information with regards to processing dates and handing of my case file, providing different level of understanding by each representatives, muting calls for long time, providing no concrete updates, fake assurances made during calls that were not followed through, and the lack of clear resolution despite multiple attempts to communicate.

The level of attention and responsiveness before payment was very different from what I experienced afterwards. This has left me feeling extremely let down after placing my trust in the company.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering GIEC Global carefully reviews all available information and understands the importance of receiving clear written confirmation of all commitments before proceeding.

I was repeatedly told “everything is fine” only for crucial documents to go missing or be handled incorrectly. They submitted wrong information on my application, botched my police check at the last possible moment, and left me scrambling just days before an important trip. For the hefty fee (around $1500), I expected professionalism, but what I got was arrogance, errors, and radio silence. The most shocking part? When I left a negative review, instead of addressing the issues, they tried to intimidate me into removing it with legal threats. In the end, my visa only got processed because I took matters into my own hands despite their involvement, not because of it. GIEC Global’s combination of high prices, poor service, and bullying tactics makes them a company I’d strongly warn others to avoid.
