Have made a few orders via giantoys. Only ever had one issue which was a factory issue (nothing to do with giantoys). They reached out to the manufacturer (inart) and was able to send me the missing item (tiny 1/6 card). I asked to pay for the delivery, but they wouldn't have any of it. They're also the first with new releases and the owner, on Facebook is super friendly and such an awesome person. Just read Facebook posts about them, it's all great and they're the best. Third party, inart etc.

Ich habe hier schon einige 1/6er Figuren vorbestellt und alles verlief Grundsätzlich reibungslos. E-Mails werden prompt beantwortet, die Ware wird sofort nach Release versendet und ist immer ordentlich verpackt. Immer wieder gerne.

The absolute best toy company out there. Period. They get stock in really quick and before most other stores, fast shipping, fantastic secure packaging, a reward system for purchases and the best customer support and aftercare you could ever want, they are the best. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant at first when pre-ordering an item through ebay. The team will send you a tracking number and an item (maybe invoice) in the post. But have no fear, even with the manufacturer delays of the item I ordered (The Witcher BUZT001), it turned up out of the blue one day. I had actually forgotten about it! But the team didn't. When it was released they sent it straight to me, 18 months later. Fantastic team and 100% trustworthy after my experience with them. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks team!

Giantoy are an extremely efficient collectibles store with incredible customer service.

I recently ordered a figure and it was shipped out very promptly. Sadly, I didn't receive it due to a new and highly unreliable US courier called SpeedX. A lot of Chinese shipping services have switched to SpeedX for final delivery in the US because they're cheaper than USPS. Unfortunately, that reduction in cost equals a big reduction in service and SpeedX leave packages on the street at night to be stolen by passers by, registers them as 'delivered' and don't update the tracking page until sometimes days later, which happened to me. They also have no customer service. I was devastated because this was the last figure in stock and I was sure I'd lost my $300 due to SpeedX marking the package as 'delivered'. As a customer, there is no bigger nightmare than an untraceable courier marking a high value item as 'delivered' when they haven't delivered it.

Amelia at Giantoy was absolutely amazing. She asked me to wait a few days just to see if SpeedX made an appearance (They did not. I'm guessing because they'd already dumped my package on the street to be stolen on the delivery night) She then sourced the figure from a supplier and sent me the replacement via a different service! So not only did she sympathize with this situation, she also acquired a replacement for something they'd sold out of. I cannot thank Amelia and Giantoy enough for turning a very stressful situation into a very happy one.

Ich bin leidenschaftlich 1/6 Figuren Sammler und habe meine letzten 5 Figuren bei Ginatoy gekauft. Die Abwicklung war ohne Probleme. Die Lieferzeiten Variieren zwischen 14 und 7 Tage. Einmal kam es vor dass ein Produkt nicht wie geplant ankam, dass war allerdings die Schuld der Spedition. Ich hab mich beim Kundenservice von Giantoy gemeldet und die haben sich wirklich schnell darum bemüht.

Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ps für alle Sammler: die Verpackung ist Klasse, es wird darauf geachtet dass die Figur unbeschädigt ankommt 👌
