The loveliest bear and arrived early and in very good order. Beautifully made and presented for a bear of this 2 m size. My ill-calculation did not allow for his hugeness in my tiny little house...... Zobacz więcej

Falling apart after a month, appalling customer service
I bought this Teddy end of June for my son. A month on and it's already cracking at the seams, with filling pouring out in at least 2 different places.
I invested in a big Teddy precisely to avoid this kind of poor fabrication so I'm very disappointed
Edit: I wrote to the customer service to mention what was happening, they said they couldn't nor wouldn't do anything about it. Frustrated, I wrote a comment on Instagram mentioning the exchange and the fact that the teddy was ripping apart at the seams, and they blocked me! I'm truly shocked by this absolutely appalling customer service
2nd edit: my mum has fixed the seams with pieces of fabric. It looks like they've been stingy on the fabric (which is beautiful btw) as there's very little seam allowance and it's why it's ripping. So I would definitely not say it arrived in perfect condition.
Again not sure how it has passed any toy standard as beyond the very bad fabrication there's no lining between the filling and the envelope which means that any child opening the zip can grab and choke on the filling.

I'm very sorry to hear you are disappointed with your teddy. As confirmed with you, the teddy arrived in perfect condition.
If the goods arrived faulty I would have happily processed to an exchange but unfortunately we are not liable for damages made a month post arrival.
Kind regards,
BigTed Team

Bear with me
It was an easy order, with the choice to pay in full or in installments, which is nice! Delivery was fast, my Bigted came early, before the date I picked and my new big friend is lovely, heavy and soooo soft. I have since forced my partner to buy me a 1m one too, that I can take to see London!
Now my life consists of just me and my bears. As it should be.
