The loveliest bear and arrived early and in very good order. Beautifully made and presented for a bear of this 2 m size. My ill-calculation did not allow for his hugeness in my tiny little house...... Zobacz więcej

165cm black stone bear
Purchased the 165cm black stone bear, the lead time was longer than expected but giant bear customer support team kept me updated throughout. All was forgotten when the bear arrived as it was more than worth the wait. It now sits pride of place in my dining room and I haven’t had a guest that hasn’t complimented it since its arrival. Highly recommend.

Perfect Ted
Perfect Ted,
DPD however through him around and the box was damaged. A little bit awkward to wrap for Christmas now but no fault of the company.

The teddy bear was lovely
The teddy bear was lovely - just disappointed re the personalised stitching on the paw - was done over the fur and wasnt very clear - had to cut the fur round the stitching to make it more visible

Present for girlfriend
I got it for my girl friend, in-part, as a practical joke. When the 2m bear came it was absolutely massive (not just tall, but super fat)!
The quality was impeccible! Great value for money and my girl-friend absolutely loved it. I also bought a large one of Amazon 2 years earlier and the head fell off within two months after falling off the bed! This is probably the only life-sized teddy on the market which is of good quality, and was certainly worth the money!
I would certainly recommend!

Unfortunately I shall not be buying…
Unfortunately I shall not be buying again from this company simply because their Customer Service is abysmal. I too bought this to support home made business but clearly they have no effective Quality Assessment as the Teddy clearly had a problem which Customer Service was not interested in rectifying.

Good morning Ian,
As our customer service informed you there is no issue with the teddy. the ears being "floppy" and not "rigid" is part of the design. the ears are supposed to rest forward on the teddy just as show on the product pictures displayed on the website.
I apologise the teddy wasn't what you were looking for but I can assure you there was no quality issues with this bear.
Quality bear
Really quality product and super fast delivery, even with a personalised name on the bear! We thought about getting a cheaper bear elsewhere but can honestly say it was fantastic value for money. It will last a very long time! Especially love that it is UK made and has a lifetime guarantee. Would definitely order from this company again.
