I purchased a keyboard from them. It was originaly missing parts and broken. They refused to originaly fix it, even tho I recived it broken and it is supposto have waranty. I had ask for paypal refund, it was the only way for them to fix it and still I had to cover the shipping cost and it was 40€. Like this company is a joke, customer support is really rude and do not care if their products are broken. Avoid this company at all cost.

0 Customer Service, can almost be called a Scam.
I dont understand influencers like Pewdiepie advertising for this Product.

I had several Orders with that Company and also got delivered the wrong versions of items but they NEVER answered any E-mail about anything.

After they sold you something, they literally ghost you, hence the name of the company.

Product took way too long to arrive. When it arrived the product was broken, after reaching out several times to the company it seemed like the company was ghosting me. When they answered I sent the product back to their warehouse to get my money back. After weeks of the package being there, and me wanting my money back they again didn't answer my emails. Had to manually reach out to PayPal to get my money back.

The worst customer service, they simply don't reply. Bait and switch tactics. Don't buy anything from this company.

I ordered something on the 14th of November and I have tried to email them but they never responded to me I am starting to think it is a scam

Been waiting weeks for a response about a broken and damaged keyboard combo. Been hounding them on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, their support email. Nothing. Yet when I had an issue before I placed an order the same support email responded in a matter of minutes. Scam. Absolutely do not buy. Look at their Facebook reviews and see how many other people have been scammed.

GhostKeyboards is like a cryptoscam - big faces to boost revenue but with no product to show for it. I bought from Ghost for the same reason many others have - for Felix. I was well aware that their products weren't worth even half as much as they were asking for, but I was curious to try out a 'gaming' mouse and keyboard for a while, and I like both Felix and the design of his product line.

Needless to say, it isn't great. The 'Brofist' piece in the mouse was out of its socket from the get-go so it rattles around when I move the mouse and the mouse itself turns my computer on randomly at night. The keyboard is purely aesthetic - it sounds and feels average at best. Online, people reported having broken keys, the design peeling off, etc. Worth the price? Definitely not.

I considered contacting the customer support about the loose Brofist piece in the mouse but looking at the company's reviews, it seems they're notorious for poor customer service as well. All in all, only buy from them if you're devoted to a certain person, are patient enough to deal with the inevitable broken part and/or customer service, and are wealthy enough to be able to buy something that is too expensive for what it is. Otherwise, buy elsewhere - likely for cheaper as well.

I got scammed, sendet me an broken product and never gave me an refund just said thats your problem.

They have the worst customer service I have ever talked with, they are very arrogant and sassy. The keyboard it self I fine.

Quick summary on why this company sucks and you need to stay away from it:
-Terrible customer service
-Scammed me 330 Euro when I returned something
-Very long shipping time
-Terrible quality products despite their claims

Now to get into detail:

Ordered a Pewdiepie LIMITED Edition Keyboard and Mouse set and waited 3 MONTHS for it.
The quality is terrible and not even barely as good as they advertised it. And the people who waited for multiple months didn´t even receive proper compensation for the wait.

On top of that, they EXTENDED their LIMITED PRODUCT from 500 to 1000 copies. How is that limited if you just keep selling more?

With a lot of reasons of disappointment I shipped it back - The process is very difficult and at first they wanted to only give me back 85% of the money because of shipping and handling?! So 50 Euro for a service that took them 3 months? Also, shipping and handling originally only cost me like 12 Euro, so why do I have to pay 50 all of a sudden?

Anyway, I sent back the product (Their process for doing that also is very weird) in April and I still haven´t received my money. It´s June now and they have claimed that there is an issue with Paypal, but Paypal claims that there is no such issue and GhostKeyboards cannot even provide a transaction number.

Throughout this process, their communication has been horrible in every way. Very delayed or no replies in the E-mails, their tickets from the website don´t work and they often ignore you in their Instagram DMS until you complain in the comments of their post.

I also want to add that they (like many companies) use a rainbow version of their logo for pride month despite not doing a single thing for the LGBTQ+ community. They´re all about the money and don´t give a damn about the customer nor the people.

I don´t understand why PewDiePie (And Belle Delphine apparently) still trust this company and work together with them. I´m so disappointed.

`Til this day I am being ignored by their support a lot and they still have my money. This will be taken to court, but until then I advise everyone who reads this to STAY AWAY from this company.

Look for a legitimate good mechanical keyboard in your local store instead and ignore flashy designs. It´s not worth it.

Trash Company, only in for the quick money.

ordered a pewdiepie mousepad xl 3 times, it was advertised with a 15w charger. all 3 times i got the mousepad with a 10w charger. Many messages have been sent to the company, they NEVER responded.

stay away.
