I sent in a few different options of our logo and got back a number of optional backdrops. Over the course of a couple of days of edits, they sent back the options and we were able to get the backdrop set up. Instructions to add to Microsoft Teams and Zoom were easy to follow.
I would have liked a few more options to choose from for backdrops, but was overall satisfied.

I love the design. Customer Service is very good. What I do not like is how my walldrop looks like a virtual background, and therefore fake, on Zoom calls. It looks nothing like the promotional images. The edges are blurry and shimmery, which is typical of virtual backgrounds. What can be done to correct this?

Really impressed with the customer service. I wasn't happy with how my original design turned out, which is a risk when paying up front and not being able to see a draft of your design. This is something they could improve on for future. When I described how I wanted my second backdrop to look, they did an outstanding job of customizing it based on my request. Overall happy, but wish there were more design templates to choose from, perhaps a more relaxed setting like an office with lower lighting and chairs, like a study.

Amazing backdrops! They look professional and really add a nice ambience to the work place. I work remotely from home and its much better than having a professional background when I meet with clients. Great customer service too!
