Ana was attentive and patience and even though I did not book the ticket with Southall travel I do feel she did everything to try and help me. Ana answered all my questions and nothing I requested for her to look into was a problem. Get trip are a rip off company who trade as any airline you want I booked a some flights to Portugal and to confirm the flights I called them as they were showing themselves as tap airways they then said the full price had not been paid and said £190 had to be paid which I did then I thought to call tap back but on the correct number who said there was nothing extra to pay so beware
