The offer was deceptive: it said $1.25 for a lookup with no clear indication that a $39.99 ongoing monthly subscription was being added.
I've emailed two different support addresses asking for immediate cancellation, one they gave in the subscription acknowledgement email and one from my payment provider.

I did not sign up for a subscription. the paywall said it was a one time payment. and now they want to charge $40 a month after a 1 day trial. I sent an email and got no response. Cancel my subscription!
I experienced significant issues with this service due to opaque subscription terms and inaccessible customer support. The one-day trial misleadingly transitions into a full monthly billing cycle. Compounding this issue, their mandatory email cancellation process is ineffective, as support failed to respond to my inquiries. I eventually had to cancel my payment card to stop the billing.
Please avoid as much as you can. They subscribe you to a plan, take your money, no clear refund policy, when you email for refund they say no refunds.
