I was surprised it was shipped from China, thought it was shipped from UK. But I have been impressed with the product. Only had it 7 days now, but with effort I can go upstairs, 7 stairs normal, instead of 1 stair at a time. Early days!!!

It didn't take long to arrive.
And after wearing it for a few day's it really works. So I'm very pleased with the strap. Plus it was a very good price

Have not used fully yet but overall I'm very happy with stryde

From the 1st email where i asked if the "Stryde" would be good for undiagnosed knee pain, stryde reply was see a doctor before buying .
Diagnosed with osteoarthritis emailed again was told might not work for everyone , but 60 day money back guarantee meant I could try it out, best decision I have ever made...
Pain free for weeks now, my life has changed , stairs no hand rail grabbing, squatting to play with my grandsons and getting up unaided, and long walks a breeze

Pain is almost gone. Can walk so much further without needing to stop. It takes around a fortnight of wearing before you really notice the difference.

Works well, helped me when walking but I think it’s slightly over priced

I've used knee straps for years as my knees are really sore after tearing my cartlidge in 2 places. I thought I would try the Getstryde as they were advertising a lot and to be honest I didn't think they would work but I was wrong. After I tried them for a couple of weeks and I'm walking a lot better so I'll try to recommend them to anyone

Whilst understanding that ever’s circumstances are different, I can only speak for ours. These were bought for my wife, before use, here knee could hold up for hours or collapse at the drop of a hat, not ideal for avid walkers. Once I’d convinced her to wear them regularly and fit them correctly, we can confident plan walks up to 10 miles, 20 mile cycle rides and visits where walking will be necessary. For us, they have given her a new confidence (if she doesn’t wear them back to square one) and for that I’d recommend giving them a try.

Amazing product. I havent been able to climb stairs without pain. This product has helped alot. I can now climbs stairs alot better still not fast but can manage better and put my weight onto my knee somewhat.
Walking on an incline was a big no no for me. My knee would be in so much pain after a inclined walk. Now I can do this without hesitation.
This is my second order now and im wearing them everyday at work for hours at a time.

I had to wait a while after ordering but having tried them for only a few days they seem to work well. It’s too soon to give a better review.

Delivery service was good and the product has been a helpful part of my treating painful knees.

They work well, but the straps could be longer, and spare straps available.

Ordered the supports with hope that they were as good as they say, they arrived with 7 days as email stated. Having worn them for 3 days I noticed the difference that they made I was able to walk up stairs normally without having to bend over or reach for the handrail. Wearing these straps for approx 8 hours a day makes my life so much better that I have ordered 2 more sets.

Poor customer service. Mine never arrived by EVRI and for some reason it was sent back to supplier. Cant get my money back and they ignore all emails sent. Beware of this company !!!!!

Knee brace was not the same as the one advertised. It was a different shape and did not have 'STRYDE' stamped on metal clasps. It took several weeks to arrive and did not give proper support. Just a load of hype. DO not buy.

I have been suffering from a patellar subluxation for 23 weeks and was sceptical about this product’s efficacy. After using it for a few minutes I noticed a significant improvement. The delivery took approximately a week, which I believe was due to the bank holiday weekend.

Poor product. Clever social media hype to create a buzz and order. No mention of it being a drop ship company where products comes from overseas and take 2-3 weeks.

Upon receiving its clear to see it does not meet up to the claims they make in their advertising. Save your money.
