getsoftwaredeals.com Recenzje

Ist eine Betrugsfirma. Microsoft-Office 2024 gekauft.

Quick and swift. Easy and simple instructions and great customer service.
Excellent deal on groupon.

We bought two copies of Microsoft Office 2024 late last year. one was for our desktop machine, the other was for a new laptop which we hadn't purchased. Once we had the new laptop we tried installing the second version of Office and it wouldn't work. It said the Key was invalid. We emailed the vendor, expecting not to get a reply as it was bank holiday Monday but lo and behold we got a reply with a key to validate the software and it worked straight away! Brilliant service, thank you so much!

I am very happy. I thought it was too good to be true but tried it d am very satisfied.. Am now going to get another for my laptop.

Had vergeten de software te activeren en na 1 email kreeg ik de nieuwe actievatiecode en werkye alles naar wens.

achat office 2024 à un prix défiant toutes concurrence
merci installation un peu compliqué à cause de office 365 mais cela à marché

Super support ! Et la licence fonctionne

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They sell a group licence and when you click the links they send you to download the software you get a warning. They sent me multiple links and everyone was blocked. Then they wanted remote access to my computer to download the software! No way am I allowing this so ssked for money back, and all goes quiet. Groupon not interested either. Have reported to microsoft. Save yourselves the hassle , get a legally licenced copy!

J'ai contacté cette plateforme suite à un soucis après un achat et leur réactivité est immédiate. Dans la journée même on m'a aidé avec mon problème et depuis tout va bien. Un grand merci à vous :)

Purchased a Microsoft Office license via Groupon, the link to the website did not work and so I thought I'd check out the reviews only to see this is clearly a scam. Fortunately, as it was the same day, I was able to get a refund from Groupon, but given the number of poor reviews on here dating back over a year, the fact Groupon still lists this product has eroded my faith in Groupon.

Initially struggled to download the software but they stayed in touch and guided me through the process and provided a new product key when I needed one

SCAM: they sell multiple copies of the same license number. Too many users registered to the same number so it doesn’t work. Waste of money. Should have trusted my instincts. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I bought a Microsoft Office product through Groupon and via this retailer. The product key didn't work. I contacted Microsoft through both online chat and over the phone. They couldn't get it to work either so I contacted the retailer. 'Getsoftwaredeals' did not answer when I used the mobile number provided on the website. They did however, email me when I got in touch that way.
To begin with, I received short emails with instructions to screenshot my issues, etc which I did but having tried and failed to use the sent product key, the retailer sent me some dodgy 'exe' file with an unrecognised digital signature. This was not an official Microsoft product. I explained I wasn't comfortable running this file on my computer and requested a refund.
Since then, the seller has ceased all contacy with me and I have lost all access to my email account because someone has been fraudulently trying to hack it. Coincidence? I think not.
So I've now had to revert back to Groupon with my complaint. I am absolutely furious with Groupon for listing this retailer as somebody genuine and the retailer for the poor service received. Top it off with a loss of email access and you might say that this is the worst retail experience I've ever had.
Please avoid or suffer the consequences. You have been warned!

Purchased through groupon, once linked received asked me to register click into a link, page doesn’t open and doesn’t exist. Too good to be true, I requested a refund through the chat on groupon

I am delighted with the experience I had with getsoftwaredeal.
The product is great, the service is brilliant with quick reply, really helpful, simple and clear instructions.
Thank you 😊

To be honest, I actually made the purchase on a different platform, but the customer service and responsiveness I’ve received here have been outstanding. This prompted me to look into who the supplier was and find their website so I could post this review. Specifically, the person who contacted me was Youjil. Excellent service and quick response.

Excellent service! I bought a Microsoft Office 2024 licence for MAc. The service has been fantastic. Very fast and clear!
I recomend It.

Its my 1st time using Groupon, there was an issue with the activation, but it was resolved very quickly and Efficiently. Would definitely recommend Groupon to my Contacts

They sell leaked MS enterprise keys that are blocked by Microsoft (might work for a week or two) - avoid.
