Great serivce

Absolute joke of a service. They charge you the second you hit submit, but as soon as my request was rejected, they went completely silent. I’ve sent multiple emails asking where my refund is and haven’t heard a single word back.
​I don't even mind that the request was knocked back—that’s fine—but taking the money and then refusing to answer emails is shady. Avoid these guys unless you feel like donating your money for nothing.

Zero stars! Scammers! They take your money and reject cert! No refunds.

They specifically say they don't back date sick notes. I clicked wrong dates in error as I am under the weather COVID and specifically explained I only start showing symptoms yesterday but yet they signed of a note for last week to which I told them I was healthy and attending a wedding. So they never read anything and won't correct it even though apparently they don't back date they did and now I've to go pay for more and they are not one bit understanding it's not like doctors already get paid enough or anything 26 euro is alot of money to me, they are earning 26 euro for less then a minutes work

They provide a sick certificate that cannot be used for illness benefit, be mindful of that. legal scam

Worst experience ever! Once you book the consultation, they will ask for more money in case of a letter request, which is not disclosed upfront!

I have used this service before without any issues. However, please be aware that when requesting more than two medical certificates, they may be rejected even in non-emergency situations.

This time, I had a very frustrating experience. I requested two medical certificates and paid for both, but both requests were rejected. Based on my experience, it seems that after multiple requests, certificates are no longer accepted.

I chose to use this platform because it is more affordable and convenient than visiting a doctor in person. Unfortunately, after submitting multiple requests, the certificates were cancelled. As a result, I was left without a medical certificate and without the money to see a doctor in person.

In addition, there was a delay with my first request. When I finally received a response, it was only an email informing me that my case had been rejected. I live in another city and need to travel to attend my school. Because of this delay, I did not go to school, as I believed the certificate would be approved.

Due to this situation, I requested a refund so I could visit a doctor in person, since the service was not delivered within the expected timeframe, but the refund was denied. As all the money I had was spent on these requests, I ended up with no certificate and no financial means to seek another solution.

I contacted the company again, and I was informed by email that nothing could be done regarding my case. This left me extremely frustrated.

I believe the company could improve its communication by clearly explaining any limitations before confirming payment.

I paid upfront, was denied a sick certificate and then requested a refund. I emailed 4 times and contacted them on WhatsApp.......still no refund. I had to request a refund through my bank. Very disappointing service and a complete con. I'd avoid using this website.

This service feels like a con. You’re asked to pay upfront, only to be told afterwards to contact NHS 111 — even when your symptoms clearly match something simple like flu or stomach flu. It seems designed to take money from people seeking quick medical advice. They advertise a refund policy, but after multiple requests, no one has responded. I’ve since found far more legitimate online healthcare providers that offer proper virtual consultations with qualified doctors. Save your time and money and avoid this one.

SCAM!!!! I put the wrong date by mistake for my cert. In formed them that i did and needed it changed. They said i would need to spend another 26e for another fresh cert so i did and they sent me a rejection letter so after 52e iv no cert for work. They wont even reply to my msgs. Iv wrote an email to irish medical council with screenshots and also to klara. Save your money do not use this site

The service is fine for getting a simple sick cert for work. I would just like to bring to everyone's attention that if you require something that can be used to get illness benefit then this is not suitable at all. They do not provide e-certs nor do they provide incapacity to work forms. If you require an application for illness Benefit then do not use this service.

I paid for a cert of fitness to work. While the service was cheap the product was very poor. The letter was a template with my details added in a different color font to the rest of the text, which made the document look unofficial and poorly formed.

The was one incomplete sentence that clearly had a word left out. I have sent three emails now requesting it to be corrected and customer service have been unable to even find their error, despite me being very clear on which sentence is incorrect, and the error itself being very obvious.

Please process my refund as stated in your previous email. You rejected my case but clearly indicated that I could request a full refund by replying. However, your email was a no-reply address, and my attempts to contact the CC email have gone unanswered. This situation is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed. I expect prompt action on this matter as it raises serious concerns about the integrity of your service.

Scammers,I did purchase them"express service (4to6 hrs)" two days ago,not replying on my messages until today, once I said I'm reporting this scamming website to Irish Medical Council. Today they try to blame me for not uploading ID proof, of course I did it.I was checking my emails every hour and until today there was nothing about alleged ID problem, the only email they sended to me it was the one saying that there is ORDER DELAY,
There is many other real doctors online, Get Health Care are not the one.Please avoid Get Health Care if you don't won't to lose your money and time.

Horrible service. Rejected cert without valid reason. My request was only to get a certificate, no prescription or similar.
