Thought I was ordering from the manufacturer but it turns out that MVF misrepresents their relationship and charges more for the same product and doesn't honor the same refund policy or 90-day guarantee. They also charge shipping and then want you to pay additional overseas shipping to return. I was duped and thought I was working with PurePod, whose website I went to and confirmed guarantee and refund policy, and then ordered 5 pure pods. I didn't realize until after that I was working with a middleman. I tried to cancel the order within minutes but no response and then it was too late. Two of the units stopped working within 3 uses and heated to very hot when charging. MVF Brands is a total scam.

Total piece of crap. Initially wouldn't charge. Then after an overnight on the charger..... It "turned on"... fizzed once, thought well maybe, but it shut itself off quickly. Stopped even charging after a day or two. Support emails are slow, but responsive.... let's see if they will take it back & give refund?

Does it not occur to you people that this whole “ionizing fresh-produce cleaning” contraption is a scam? That the produce dunked in a bowl of water turns brown with or without this gizmo (i.e., it’s not the magic gizmo doing it), and it doesn’t mean that pesticides are secretly infesting all our foods & trying to sicken & kill our extended families! It is undoubtedly true that food safety standards in the U.S. are lax, but that’s because rampant bribery & corruption inherent w/both major political parties ensures we don’t regulate big Pharma or big Agriculture. Welcome 2so-called “free market Capitalism,” everybody!

Good marketing for fake products. Purepod Vegetable Cleaner. Did multiple tests ON VIDEO. The item appears to be releasing bubbles, but no 'dirty' water. I even put unwashed celery in and it did nothing more than get it wet. I also had the same experience as another where it doesn't confirm order. Went through the process again, with screen shots to confirm and still no confirm. Then I get a confirm delivery with multiple items. I contacted them to get it changed. I have emails where they said it was changed, Still got the wrong order.

SCAM website. Tried to order ONE pure pod. Once you give all information, address, credit card etc. they start flashing all other products to buy. Order NEVER says confirmed. So thinking I did something wrong I went through the process again, same deals. I finally quit. No confirmation email. But days later get a shipping email? This is China SCAM. Told them to cancel both orders. They said it's a weekend we will respond after weekend. I said if you are responding, you are working, CANCEL. Only response is take 30% off, and here we go with the CHINA bargaining and SCAM offers. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE. Problems galore! Now waiting for items to deliver, wait to return, wait for refund. Only aggravation! Ugh! DO NOT DEAL WITH CHINA SCAM!!! In addition, they tack on charges I NEVER AGREED TO! Like warrantees, shipping etc. RUN!
