I have wrote a review on here before but saw some bad reviews and decided to write another one since the bad reviews are ridiculous. I have been going to this site for a long time and can tell you the bad reviews are so not true. First off, there are NO BOTS which I love because you never get that any more. Who likes talking to a bot and trying to get them to understand what you want or pushing 100 buttons to get to a real person. Not here! I just go on the chat, tell them I made a purchase and a minute later I have my pet. The people at getpets are so nice, generous and fast. They give me extra items for making purchases and I feel so guilty since I know they can get money for them. They don’t have to do that but they do it out of the kindness of their hearts! I have made several purchases here. So many I now have EVERY pet and keep coming back for other items such as pet wear and etc. Secondly, the ONLY problem I have had with their website is from it going slow because of all the people on it. That can happen on any site that is popular. I just come back another time. Lastly, I read one person’s review where they were unable to get their pet due to internet issues. I have had internet issues as well and the people at getpets wait for you in the game until you are able to get in. If you can’t get in, they hold your pet until you are able to get it, even if it is not the same day. I feel that all the accusations and bad reviews on here are from people who work at other sites selling Adopt Me items trying to give getpets a bad rep so customers will go to their sites. They know how cheap and wonderful getpets is and are threatened by their popularity. I feel they are trying to make them look bad since getpets is doing way better than most sites. SORRY PEOPLE YOU CAN’T RUIN A GOOD THING BUT IT IS AWESOME YOU ACKNOWLEDGE GETPETS IS GREAT BY YOUR PHONY REVIEWS!!!! The best thing is if getpets doesn’t have the item you want, they will do their best to get it in which I love as well. One time, I just mentioned a pet to them I was looking for (which I did not tell them to get it). The next day I got a message from them saying they got it if I still wanted it. I was so shocked! They are so amazing! Getpets is the only site I get my Adopt Me items from since they have such great service and I will continue using them for a long, long time!!!!

Customer service was awesome and they did indeed give me the pet!

While it is really good and fast, the only thing i dont like about it is how much u have to talk to people and its not automated.

10/10 service in game items gave to me within 2 min of purchase and very friendly !

I do not recommend when I was trying to make an account every time I entered my Email it said that my email had already been used creating another account and I also tried using my friends account and it said the same thing every time so I had to end up making a completely different account through google and the site crashed on me and said it was not a secure site this is incredibly dodgy and frustrating also the day after I got over 248 counting spam emails through when I entered my email so my email obviously was correct and this site stole it and started texting me spam messages? I am incredibly disappointed with this considering I was so excited to finally get my dream pet. I respect this website and have heard other very good reviews about this but I do not recommend because of all the trouble I went through. thank you and if anyone has any tips on how to create an account please let me know.

This is probably a scam and Don't buy from here!!!!!!!!!

So it says that it has 5 years of trusted service but in reality it's trust score is 1/100 plus it was saying that the PayPal API was down but it was last down on January 17th 2024 it's the 22nd and it was only down for 41 minutes plus the "bots" talk to you like trash and legit businesses don't do that so whatever you do don't use this site

This is the best experience i have ever had! I've done so much fake ones but this is the one for me. I highly recommend this place and i will use it multiple times.

This banned me for saying "..." because I couldn't get internet and I spent money on one of the pets and now I wasted my money would not recommend talking to the person who's "helping" you. I was going to go claim it and the bot was kinda rude to me

Ive used Getpets for several purchases now for AdoptMe pets. Each time the service was quick and very friendly. I will continue to buy from them in the future!
