They have been very useful for pension
They have been very useful for pension. I have used them for shortwhile but I beg my new employer to use them. This give you more flexibility to how much you like to sacrifice in salary.

So easy to control my pension. I was paying a large % fee to an IFA who wasn’t doing a lot, so decided to go it alone as I work in financial services. The % fee has dropped considerably and controlling it is easy. Apart from this period of uncertainty when my fund has dropped over 5% I am confident over time this will be clawed back.

Their website for some reason walks you…
Their website for some reason walks you through on setup to change your pension contributions, even though everything was set up correctly. Then worse still, what you enter in the form can be ignored and after you click submit, it then changes the amount that you will contribute.
Trying to raise this with them is a nightmare, as they say they will "get back to you in 1 day".
I don't really have any trust they will get my pension right now.
