The product itself may be functional but the company does not honor their return policy or respond back.

I had to hire an electrician due to my home wiring set up and as a result had no need for the product, still brand new in the packaging. I reached out to customer support the next day after I received the item in the mail to return the item, again brand new. They wrote back the next day asking for my order number, product I would like to return, and reason. I gave all three in my reply the same day, then silence. No response back. I waited 5 days then wrote a reply saying I am still waiting on my return information to be sent.

I opened a new return request the same day, got a response asking for the same three details, I provided it the same day, let them know this is my second time in doing so. Waited another 5 days, nothing. Overall very poor experience and I would not recommend.

ich habe 2 dieser geräte vor ca 1 jahr gekauft. ich kann das erst nach meiner nächsten stromrechnung sagen, da ich manchmal wäjrend des vorigen jahres auch mit strom geheizt habe. insgesamt habe ich ein gutes gefühl. das grüne licht gefällt mir, wenn ich nachts aufstehe, brauche ich kein licht einschalten, schon das erspart mir etwas. ich lasse mich da von meinem gefühl leiten und will mir noch 2 weitere kaufen.
