PayPal which I used to purchase some items, kept returning me to purchaser and this caused me to request the item 4 times
I contacted the customer who listened to my problem and cancelled 3 of the items and sent me full refunds

Unauthorized warranty added to order

They slid in a $25 charge for a warranty on an $80 order I did not order or authorize, then told me (online support) they could not refund me that because the order, made less than 15 minutes prior had already been processed. I had to call customer service in the Philippines to straighten it out. At least they did take care of it then, but very sketchy.

Too many add ones to purchases

Too many add ons to purchase and the no thank you is way too small. Older people would accidentally click on the yes products rather than the no. You don't give the cost of same day shipping or any other faster shipping. Not paying for what I don't know it cost.

Highly deceptive check out process

Highly deceptive check out process, buyer beware. Paid through paypal for 2 units, somehow a second 2 units were then charged through paypal for double the price. I did not authorise second payment. Escalating through payapl. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Editing to add - they refused to refund me until the units had been delivered, now that my order has been received, I have attempted multiple times to return them as I am done with this deceptive company and I have received no emails back.

AVOID - they will steal your money.

Final update - after publishing this review they agreed to a refund of the part the overcharged me and thankfully I have received the money. It has taken almost 3 weeks and they seem to only respond to reviews not emails. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BOTHER, DON'T NEED THE STRESS

I ordered two of these lights on 2/20/2026. Never received a tracking#. I called them on 2/23 to see if it shipped out, said it would in the next few days. Called 2/26, still not shipped and received verbal tracking #. Received email 2/27 saying it shipped and should receive by 3/6. Just tracked on 3/5 and it says the package hasn't left yet. Called AGAIN 3/5 and they tell me it's in the US but can't tell me where it is. Said I should have it in the next 3-5 days. I better be able to see Venus with these freaking things. DO NOT WASTE YOUR SANITY BY ORDERING...... I wish I had seen your reviews before now :(

No real customerservice

The lights work, not as Brighton as advertised. Arrived OK, BUT the Company charget money 24euro, for an extra warranty, We did not order. Customer service do to answer to our reguests, Them send all the time answer: We close the case without reason. Think this is basicly scam without responsibility. Find another place with real produkts and real customer service. Here non.

I tried to cancel the order less than…

I tried to cancel the order less than 15 minutes after I ordered on a sunday and was told the order had already been shipped. I am in Canada and didn't realise the price is in US dollars, so $91 for the 3 pack turned into $130 canadian. I did actually recieve the head lamps but they are not what is advertised, they are cheap nock offs which you can buy on Temu for $15 for a 3 pack. I had previously bought the original lumen head lamps a couple of years ago and they are waterproof, these are not and are also heavier. So, yes this is a scam, not going to bother to send them back to Lithuania for a refund because I know it wont happen.

I look forward to receiving my item

I look forward to receiving my item. Ordered on 17th December and still not received as at 11th January.
Their Customer Services advised it is in transit and provided a link to their tracking service. This however shows it is still awaiting collection by their carrier.
I assume therefore that it remains in their premises and I am now out of pocket by just over £40 so have requested it be hastened or a full and complete refund made within seven days.
Yest another standard reply from Getlumenlight, making it sound as if this is the first they have heard of this. Twice I have written to them, being fobbed off with claims of delays with their carrier. Not only that but, after advising the item still has to be collected, their tracking apo now demands payment before continuing. I leave it up to you if you still wish to order from this company.
As requested, I gave Customer Services my order number. They checked and, guess what. Again "In transit, please wait seven more days. This is still undelivered since 13th December!!!
Guess what. Seven more days and still not delivered! You have been warned - delivery not this company's best forte.
EVENTUALLY DELIVERED. Ordered 13/12, received 25/1 - SIX Weeks!! Even then the carrier didnt follow my instructions. Left BEHIND a box rather than IN so vulnerable to the weather. They also include a card recommending a review on "heyhelp.cc". This again has bad reviews and is considered a scam. NEVER AGAIN!

WARNING Company Does Not Refund

I placed an order with LumenLight, and then attempted to return the un-open & un-used light per their 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE policy.

After many emails, I finally received authorization to return the item and was provided with a return address. I was also told that they would provide the refund within 5 business days after the parcel is delivered to LumenLight.

The 5 days have passed and no refund was provided. When I contact their customer support to inquire about the refund, I receive immediate replies of either:
1. The ticket has been closed.

2. Thank you for contacting us. We're really sorry to hear that the items did not match your expectations. Our goal is to improve our products, so your feedback regarding our item functionality and overall quality is very valuable to us.

Our rules for the item return dictate, that to be eligible for a refund you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you have received them in. In addition to that, the cost of returning the items will also have to be covered by you as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

You are scammers. I ordered lights from you recently, paid and received no notification by email that they were on their way. Still no sign. Having checked this page I realise my mistake.

No support for defective products

Update, finally received a message indicating that a replacement is pending. I will update when i have received it.

I received the light and it worked for one day. Have been trying to get a replacement or refund but all I get are bot responses constantly asking for the same information over and over. No phone number to call. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

They never sent me a tracking number for the package and my order was never sent - decided to cancel my order after a month, but unsure if they actually are going to refund my payment.

The adverts on youtube are misleading

The adverts on youtube are misleading. Although a reasonable head lamp the ad portrays it a s 20x better than traditional lamps. What a load of rubbish. I have 2 headlamps that are 10 years ols and out perform the one my wife bought by a long way. The ads are embarrassing. If they were regulated by the UK laws they would be banned for misrepresentation.
