I submitted my application on May 2, and after weeks of waiting, I still have not received any proof that my LLC has been filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State.

Every time I follow up, I receive vague responses like “processing delay,” “state delay,” or “we are checking with our team,” but no actual filing confirmation, receipt, or stamped documents have been provided.

At this point, I cannot verify whether my application has actually been submitted.

A legitimate LLC service should be able to provide at least a filing confirmation number or official proof of submission.

I am currently requesting either proof of filing or a refund.
