Noticing a trend here with the negative reviews. Users download once, forget about the free trial period and then get locked into a year subscription (except in my case it was two years...)
I think I used the app once, in April 2025? Once I noticed the latest annual subscription charge, I reached out to every email address I could find associated with this business and have had zero response. (One of the early emails I received from Inflow even stated something about a "no questions asked money back guarantee" if the app didn't work for me or I forgot to cancel) This was over two weeks ago.
I have now 'donated' over 500$ to Inflow.
The yearly subscription is automatically recurring. There is no renewal reminder. No email receipt or invoice for the charge. Doing away with these predatory practices alone would get them another star as it would at least demonstrate they are considerate of their user base and the common struggle to remember to cancel things like this. The ADHD tax is real and they are profiting heftily from it.
It's a sweet set up -- hitting up folks who seek them out for help with the very executive function they exploit. A runaway monthly subscription charge has a greater chance of being caught and cancelled without too much damage. But this sneaky annual sucker punch after a free trial is diabolical. BEWARE AND AVOID.
Love this app. The modules have a lot of good content to get in bite-size pieces. But the online spaces are really the most helpful for implementing the strategies throughout the week and making progress on tasks with others who have similar struggles but are determined!

I’ve never heard of this app, I don’t even follow any of their social media accounts but somehow a payment of £170 was taken up my account via PayPal,
I’ve messaged the company now 13 times and every time I just get asked for my account details, but I don’t have an account. I never had an account.
They’ve also asked me for the PayPal detail details which I’ve given them and then when I emailed again, they asked me the same thing.over and over. If at all.
I think it’s absolutely shocking that this is a site for people with ADHD where it’s a very common symptom that subscriptions make them slip up.
But I don’t have ADHD and I also didn’t have an account with them so I’m not sure what the hell is going on here.
I think my biggest issue is the fact that no one responds to anything and when they do, they respond with the same question despite it being answered so many times. Having a look on their socials, this seems to be a common complaint .

As someone trying to manage a busy business on top of life and everything else that comes with it with adhd on top, I saw an ad for this app & was desperate for some kind of help with managing my time and organisation as well as motivation. This app claimed to help so I signed up for the free trial. I didn’t even have the time to set it up or even open it to see what it was about so I emailed to cancel before the subscription started.
A few months later while checking through bank statements I saw 3 recurring payments for £22.99, I again contacted inflow with no response so I contacted my bank and reported it as unauthorised. The last payment was march & then they stopped but I have just had a notification (may) saying I’d authorised £22.99 to them again. They have used 3 different merchant details to take payments so obviously the bank has cancelled the one and they are then taking from a different one. I feel this is theft & also taking advantage of those with adhd as I bet there are many out there that have forgotten to cancel and also those that haven’t even noticed the monthly payment.
I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially those with adhd, something that is meant to help you ends up causing you nothing but hassle and to be out of pocket also, absolutely appalling

There are several technical issues both in the app and on the website, which makes this all very suspicious. I can not even log in to cancel my free trial as the page only keeps uploading. I am also contacting my credit card company now. Beware of this scam!

Charged after cancellation - No response from support I was charged €27.99 on April 17th even though I had already cancelled my subscription. I have sent multiple emails (April 20th and 25th) and tried to call their UK number, but no one responds. As a student, this is a significant amount for me. I am requesting a full refund immediately.

2 years after downloading this app and using it briefly on a free subscription, I was charged $199 for a subscription I never signed up for. I downloaded it through the Apple Store but my bank account was charged directly. I see I am not the only person who had this problem and want to make sure others are warned.

I canceled the test subscription while it was still possible. After that, they charged me 119.99 USD.
I wrote them, that I canceled correctly and that it causes me trouble. They don’t want to refund me, because they only refund within 7 days after the transaction appears on the credit card. Also I think, it‘s not friendly nor helpful for an ADHD App to have such refund policies. Stay away from this company/app! I do not recommend!!!

This app has been a total game-changer for me. The combination of body doubling, insightful lessons, and AI suggestions has finally given me the structure I was missing. It doesn’t just help me get things done; it helps me manage my energy and quiet my inner critic. It’s honestly the most valuable tool I’ve found for my health and daily organization.

This is intended to be helpful insight to Inflow's policy and standard practice decision makers....
After spending the last 30 minutes parsing through various reviews, I am still undecided as to whether I want to bother with this app. It's not because of the price, although the cost disparity between your monthly and annual pricing is baffling for a digital product. It's because you are an organization in the business of supporting people struggling with the effects of ADHD, that very often include things like, say, forgetting about what subscription charges we've signed up for.
It seems to me that and organization of people stating they want to provide support services to people struggling with ADHD would incorporate into their ethics and practices some appropriately robust and thorough *proactive follow-up* from your customer care team to ensure people aren't getting charges they don't want.
Or, and really this is the better play for you.... Just eliminate your auto-renewal policy. Recognize that your consumer base has this symptom, and responsibly choose to not predate on it, even "unintentionally". The consumers that are happy with your product will voluntarily renew when they receive their bill, and you won't piss off a whole bunch of people you say you're here to help.
- edit after receiving company's response: I am now certain I will not be using this app, and I strongly recommend other consumers also keep looking. The company made their position clear. Profit over people.

This app is fantastic, there are regular updates, the information modules are great when you first start & then looking for specific support topics as you go along, the timers and focus reminders are great but the most helpful for me are the almost daily coaching sessions. It’s a fantastic resource which keeps me on track, everyone is great, I love it 🥰

I learned so much about my own ADHD traits from the learning modules. It is strengthening to see that I am not alone with my struggles and can move forward with a plan
The inflow community Co-working and Focus Room sessions have become the basis of my new work routines.

Oh my god. I am horrified. I just checked my bank account and InFlow have taken two payments (£159 each) since October 2024. As someone with ADHD, I have difficulty with financial matters and struggle to regularly check my bank account, so the initial payment was missed, as was the second year's subscription!
I received no receipts, no subscription details, no reminders and no confirmation of any of this and I have never even used the app. I don't even have a login!
I only discovered this today because I have in fact been told I'm at risk of redundancy and I need to get my affairs in order so I bit the bullet to see what state my account was in and got this shock on top of everything else.
I suspect what has happened is I saw one of the instagram ads this company puts out and went to check it out and downloaded the app via the App Store. However, when I check for any paid subscriptions linked to my Apple ID, there is nothing. It is highly unlikely that I would have gone on to register a subscription considering CBT tools do not even work for me!!
I am absolutely horrified that InFlow has somehow managed to take such a substantial amount of money from me without any warning or even any record?! If this had been a genuine 'forgot to cancel after free trial' situation then perhaps I would accept it as just another adhd tax, but I know FOR CERTAIN that I would not have signed up for a free trial for such an expensive platform without any record of that decision taking place - I am seriously concerned that something has gone very wrong here and I can't get hold of anyone at the company. I don't know what to do.

I’ve learned much from the modules on Inflow. I’ve learned a great deal from interacting with others in the community questions. I benefit the most from the live focus rooms/co-working sessions on Inflow. They are invaluable. The community guides- Callie, Jennica, and Ash are all so helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. That’s why I’m still on the app after several years.

The modules in the app are very helpful and insightful. The co working space offered on Zoom is invaluable. Having a community and co working space makes it so much easier to get things done. Highly recommend. I have been a member since last Fall.

Starting my 2nd year using the Inflow app. I've found the learning modules helpful (I'm learning about ADHD burnout right now) and really enjoy using the co-working and focus group sessions the most. I personally get a lot from body-doubling and appreciate having an inflow facilitator as part of the group, to help keep us on track, encourage us, offer suggestions and share resources with us. Other members of the group have also contributed tips that work for them that I'd never tried in the past. It's nice to have a working group of other humans that understand my challenges. Thank you inflow!

I never used this product after the free trial, I forgot to cancel and they charged a year so put it down to experience, Then a year later that took another annual subscription without out any reminders or emails not good for ADHD clients. There is no tel number, they don t answer emails and cant get my money back in 14 days as per law.

Odpowiedź od getinflow.io
I received a late diagnosis and signed up to the free trial on a whim. Wow, I'm glad I did. Not only have the modules helped me understand myself better, but I've now got real tools I can help to manage and get the most out of the way my brain works. And the co-working sessions are a game-changer for me. I haven't been this productive and focused in years.
