I think the dosage is overpriced, insufficient for the main purpose of electrolytes.
The Mango doesn't taste like Mangoes, more like Apricot.
More clarity on ingredients is required as "natural colours" source is unknown.
Good product but lacking being current in an involving market.

Again, exceeding expectations. My Humantra water bottle fell and broke. I wanted to buy a new one, but couldn’t find it available on the website, so I wrote an email asking about it. Straight way they’ve replied saying they would send a new one free of charge, as a recognition for being a long loyal customer.

That’s outstanding customer support!

Great ordering & delivery service

I absolutely love humantra! Its become such an easy part of my daily routine and I find myself reaching for it instead of other drinks now. Tastes great, super convenient and definitely one of my favourite I’ve tried!

I love the new sodium flavor.

Humantra’s customer service is great in general. This time they took longer than usual to get back to me so one star off. They did apologise though. Although my request was not granted (I requested one of their straw and stirrer gift pouches and they said they will not be able to send me one), I love the products. If the gift set was available for purchase, I would have bought it.

My digital and social feeds are filled with ads for Humantra. When I clicked through to buy the new flavour, I was presented with a screen saying “Sign up for 25% off” in very large font. The qualification that this was “25% off your subscription offer” appeared in much smaller text, which I personally missed. I only noticed it when I went back to check why I wasn't seeing the discount I expected.

Secondly, when I selected my product, the subscription option with recurring payments was pre-selected rather than a single purchase.

I really dislike this approach. In my view, a single purchase should be the default, with customers then given a clear choice to switch to a subscription if they want the additional saving.

I think the subscription and recurring-payment element should be much more prominent throughout the purchase process. As a customer, I found the current presentation potentially misleading and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

There is also an AED 20 delivery charge when buying directly from the Humantra website. By comparison, when I buy Humantra through Deliveroo, there is no delivery charge beyond the AED 3 service charge. However, the new flavours aren't available there and can only be purchased directly from the brand website. So to try the new flavours, I have to buy directly, pay the additional delivery charge, and navigate a purchase journey where the subscription option is pre-selected.

I've been a regular Humantra customer, but this experience has made me decide not to purchase from the company again.
