Although the website looks slightly basic/AI like, I decided to give it a go and am SO pleased I did. I was looking for particular cultures (paracasei). Order arrived very promptly, with a much appreciated sample of another strain of yoghurt; nice touch!
Made my first batch according to instructions, and WOW. Great yoghurt, thick and creamy and did not need to strain as I usually do. 12 hours in the yoghurt maker, cooled for 12 hours and bingo. Perfect, perfect yoghurt. Taste is great, tangy but not bitter, it is delicious! Thanks so much, will definitely order from you again.

Works really well as do the recultures. Lovely smooth texture and pleasant taste. Mostly make the Probiotic and the Immune cultures . Easy to make by following the instructions.

The order arrived smoothly and I have successfully made yoghurt since, first using the probiotic starter culture and then by adding a tablespoon of the first batch. The result is a smooth yoghurt with a steady texture and a pleasant flavour, not at all bitter, perfect for mixing in oats and fruit. Having prepared homemade yoghurt for many years in Ukraine and being confident in the quality of Ukrainian starter cultures, I had high expectations and am glad not to be disappointed. Look forward to trying the Greek yoghurt starter!

I'd never made my own yogurt before I recieved a sample of this starter culture... now I won't go back! Its much easier to make than I expected, I even already had a Ninja multicooker that had a yogurt setting. The flavour is fresh and I'm a string believer in the benefits of live culture yogurt.

I have been making and eating this yoghurt since I discovered it at a local market last year. It is easy to make (I use a Lakeland yoghurt maker) and lasts well. I've not tried making the Greek yoghurt yet, but my favourite of the others is the probiotic.

Really fascinating yogurt. It has a wonderfully taste and quality. When I’ve tried this for the first time, I’ve already understood that it has been made by professionals. Also, it is easily to make. Highly recommend!
