I was looking for a tenancy agreement…
I was looking for a tenancy agreement to download, but this is a much better process - nothing more annoying than chasing tenants to print and sign - will use for my other properties when the tenancies come up.

Stumbled upon Happy House, so glad I did - super easy to use, I did run into an issue, but jumped on their live chat support and it was solved in minutes. It took less than 30 minutes to setup and have the tenants sign it. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant free product. Could do with some more features, but quite a slick basic web app for now. Great customer service too, had an issue amending a tenancy agreement and it was quickly resolved.

Excellent service for a free of charge Tenancy Agreement. Immediate response by email to any queries. The whole process was electronic including the signatures. I will definitely use them again.
Another important point is that you didn't have to give your credit card details as with other firms.
