I had been dealing with LUKE KINNA. Felt totally confident with his tactfullness, professional attitude and his prompt replies when I had an enquiry. He was in contact through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend dealing with him. He was available the whole way. E-mail, texting or phone. He made everything so stress free. No pressuring for decisions. I was relaxed, not Stressed. I am so HAPPY with our SUV. He made the whole process easy. Not complicated. Explained all aspects, during negotiations. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

GetGoing is a total joke. They are not an actual car dealer and cannot offer financing. They just pass customer leads off to car dealerships.
Disgusting.

Had a really good experience with the company, Robert helped me out, got approved for a vehicle that I was looking for and needing right away, the vehicle is really good I love it! they were friendly and good customer service, would definitely recommend them, if you’re looking for a vehicle definitely should get it from here.

It’s a little surreal that I’m even writing a review, I never thought I would actually get here. Robert jumped through insurmountable hoops and went completely above and beyond to get me my vehicle. Not only is he an impeccable salesman, he’s a very friendly guy and he was super easy to get along with and do business with. Coming into this, I honestly wasn’t sure what my outcome would be, I don’t have the greatest credit history but he made it happen and now I have a brand new (to me) vehicle for my toddler and I, and I could not be happier. I fully and completely recommend Robert at GetGoing!!!

Seriously top notch guy i delt with! Made dreams come true! Made the impossible happen! Went above and beyond! The truck is marvel! But Robert Riou is the real mvp!! He's a credit to the dealership, I genuinely enjoyed the buying process thanks to him! 5 stars to the truck! 6 to him!

Robert and I connected right away and we kept making each other laugh and we got to know each other and he found what I wanted in everyway. I'm very happy with my truck.

As I found out, this whole "getgoing" entity is not a finance company. I originally applied through an ad for First Nation Financing, simply because they boasted about helping people with poor credit. After I hit the apply button, filled it out, it sent me to GetGoing, which they sent me an auto-reply, saying my application was received. THEN I get a call from the finance department at a car dealership, asking me the same questions that he would if i walked into that dealership. He even said he would have to get approval from "their bank".
Upon further googling, it was quite clear, neither First Nation Financing or GetGoing finances customers, nor do they sell vehicles. If you look on getgoing website, look at their "dealers" page.(you have to bring other menu up), it shows their practice of selling leads to dealers of customers looking for car financing. Then the finance department of that dealership they gave the lead to, CALLS YOU.
This whole "GetGoing" thing is used by many different online entities across Canada. I clicked on several and got that same page. The one that shows Apply for a van, apply for Truck, apply for a car, etc.
My whole point of this, is people get mislead into believing they are applying directly to a finance company (like FirstNationFinance). People are posting reviews of how much GetGoing helped them, and delivered a car to them, with no mention of the finance that the dealer went through to get them a car.
GetGoing is NOT a finance company or a car dealer. They simply pass off your info to a car dealer, then get compensated, in one form or another.
If the FIRST dealer can't help you, GetGoing will continue sending your info to other dealers to see if thir financing can help you.
But don't get your hopes up, if you have bad credit. You're not guaranteed pre-approval from GetGoing. The dealer has to approve you and they are going to charge you a lot more, so if you don't have a great income .....forget it.
My credit is not good, simply because I defaulted on a few bills. I did not get a car after I applied. Good Luck to all of you.

Robert was great. He went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle for us - literally. Financing a vehicle is pretty much the same from one group to the next but Robert makes the difference, we actually felt like he wanted to help us out. There was no pestering, just good honest advice and chats. As relatively newcomers to Canada and being a young family, our insider knowledge and experience is limited. We were so grateful for how Robert walked us through the process but also gave us reliable financial insights from his years in brokerage to help us understand the 'credit scores' system. We love the vehicle he helped us find and even with a few servicing kinks (as a result of the vehicle not being in use), he has been very prompt with getting it sorted under warranty - so helpful even after the deal was made. We will definitely be using his services again if we need a next vehicle:)

Was friendly, wasn't pushy, got me exactly what I was looking for even though my credit is so bad, my mom won't even lend me money, he found someone that would help and I still got a great car. All in all great experience buying a car, when it usually turns into a headache this was perfect. I've been through the ringer recently and this was one less stressful thing I have to worry about.

My experience getting into a Vehicle with the help of Robert was fantastic. From beginning to end, he was informative, transparent, and made sure my vehicle needs were met. I would definitely reccomend Robert to my friends and family for their next used vehicle. I am very satisfied with my experience!

Get Going is an awesome company I found out personally when my car had been repossessed and I had no where to turn but as luck would have it I spoke with Robert and he went above and beyond to get me a car and that is exactly what he did for me. You want a good salesmen I would highly recommend Robert.
