Flowly Mechanic makes job management and invoicing software for UK independent garages and mobile mechanics. It was built by a mechanic with 14 years in the motor trade who saw garages being overcharged for software that didn't fit how they work. Flowly covers the everyday jobs properly. You book work into a real calendar, print proper invoices with the VAT done right, get them to customers easily, and keep every car's history in one place so you can see what's been done before. It comes in two versions. Flowly Standard is a one-off purchase that runs offline on your own computer, with no account or subscription. Flowly Pro is the online version, adding MOT and service reminder texts, vehicle health checks and more.

Finally found the one

Tried a few other garage systems and never happy, this has been perfect for me.
Think I joined from near the beginning and haven’t looked back.
Highly recommend

Thanks Ryan, this really means a lot. After 14 years in the trade I built Flowly because I was fed up with garages being overcharged for bloated software, made by people who’ve never stepped in a workshop. It was rough at the start, so backing it early meant a lot. There’s plenty more to come.

Flowly is my only go to for works

The overall layout is amazing and everything is perfectly where it needs to be. The customer service is amazing. They are always open to new ideas which is very refreshing. The reg lookup function is awesome as it gives you an idea of what to expect before you arrive for a job. Invoicing and quotes has been a breeze since using them. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Perfect for mobile mechanic

Been using Flowly Pro since release, used the Standard for a week or so before, really good product. I’m a mobile mechanic and it makes my life 1000x easier. Great support as well, would recommend to anyone in the trade.

Great app, great support

My partner and I run a garage and this is one of the best investments we have made, our business runs so much smoother and we feel like we finally have full control.

Luke is very helpful and knowledgeable of the trade, we recommend some extra features for the app and he added them in the same week!

Brilliant!

Game changer for a small garage

Game changer for a small garage. I use the subscription model for £20 a month way better than anything else available at a higher price point. Gone from bit of paper all over my desk to everything in one place.
Simple to use. Not overly complicated with loads of features you just don’t need.
Support is 10/10
