I purchased an eSIM and was charged for…
I purchased an eSIM and was charged for it, but it does not appear under my eSIMs in the app. I was unable to activate it using the codes received via email. I could not get any assistance through either the app or the website. I have filed a formal complaint.

only working in one country
The eSIM worked perfectly in the US, but unfortunately it didn’t work at all in Canada. I bought the North America plan specifically because I was travelling to both countries, so this was a little disappointing. It would have been great if it worked in both!

It mostly worked in Sao Paulo…
It mostly worked in Sao Paulo Metropolitan area on 5G, probably due to the local network constraints it dropped sometimes to Hedge, and other times even with 5G visually connected the service failed to work, forcing me to stop and restart the service.
Overall it's a great and fair price service, I strongly used maps navigation, spotify and social media and the data comsultion hired covered it all with remaing data after 18 day trip.
I was very easy and simple to set up on mine and my wife's android device.
