Booking the removal was very easy and staff were helpful and flexible. On the day, the movers were friendly and flexible and very careful with our stuff. Highly recommendable removal company.

Very pleasant experience.

Absolute amateurs. Ruined three paintings on us. The paintings were packed front to back with no packaging between them. Wouldn't hire them to move a box of cornflakes.

We were repeatedly given incorrect information on the collection and delivery details. It was impossible to get a straight answer. We were given a two-day window for arrival at the end of which we were told after many calls would not arrive for another day, and made to feel unreasonable about asking for even a vague indication of when the delivery would arrive. The driver even used the phrase "what's the big hurry?" when we finally got hold of him. No one initiated updates. We had to chase.

When he arrived the driver failed to put protection down on our tiled front steps and damaged them with the trolley, and when he dropped a stack of boxes on the front step. He was pleasant and friendly, that wasn't the problem. The front steps were scratched, and though the damage was not considerable it is still very visible and the lack of care of our property and the boxes was disconcerting. He only then put down protection for the rest of the delivery, after the damage was done.

When I complained about the damage to my property he said to contact the office with photos, which we did, and then we were told the insurance didn't cover it. When we called to complain again, hoping for at the least some acknowledgement, I was told "oh so you're looking for money?" instead of there being any indication of an apology or will to find a solution. The damage was brushed off as wear and tear and the principle of my property being damaged by the delivery man through lack of care was not judged important.

The owner told me I was talking nonsense repeatedly and hung up on me, accusing me again of only being after money and that he'd seen the photos and there was nothing to see. We offered to do a video call so he could see the damage clearly and he declined.

Throughout this transaction there was never any apology, and what the company should have understood is that apologising for mistakes and delays is not just courteous but important, and staff making mistakes is made much less upsetting with the appropriate attitude. Once the company have your belongings they lose all interest in customer service, apparently.

When you entrust your belongings to a company you need them to be professional and reliable and trustworthy. Unfortunately this company proved to be none of these.

The problem was more with the sub-contractors and the admin around that. Our goods arrived in the UK with a company sub-contracted by Get Cracking. They did not have a proper packing list and the goods were not packed well in their van. We noticed that a chair was missing which they could not verify as they did not have a list ( only number of packages ). After informing Get Cracking, they did get back to me to inform me that they had located the chair and it was delivered a couple of weeks later.
A month later ( too late to claim ), we unwrapped a 2nd TV and on connecting it up, saw that the screen had been subject to some stress and was completely damaged.
So, to sum up, good service from the Get Cracking crew but poor service from their sub-contractors and their management of that process. Get Cracking is ultimately responsible for the final service so in my view failed to provide a good service.

Great company, very kind staff and very flexible staff. They moved my stuff on a very short notice and adapted to my challenging schedule.

simply fantastic experience. a personal visit prior to our move to help assess our needs in shipping belongings from Ireland to the States. Supplies provided as needed along the way. very accessible communication. Quality personnel handled the loading and wrapping of items. Then - high end communication from Get Crackin's vendor in the US which tracked our stuff all the way to delivery in our storage unit. One price - and then everything e.g. customs, container, rail, truck, unloaders all taken care of - thank you Get Crackin' for a seemless and wonderful experience. Moving is stressful!!!!

Recently used Get Cracking to relocate our 10 year old dog Toby from Ireland to Amsterdam! From the very first email right upto the delivery day, the process was flawless. Adam was extremely helpful and provided answers to any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very prepared & at ease. Michael who took Toby on the ferry & drove him to us, gave constant updates and sent us pics & videos without us having to ask. We were thrilled with everything and Toby arrived to us in great condition, very happy and didn't seem at all stressed - we could tell he was taken good care of. I could not recommend them enough, I would 110% use their services again in the future for any pet relocations.

To say that I am impressed is the understatement, guys you are AMAZING.

I spent 5000€ for removal from Ireland to Estonia and from pictures can be seen the result of the shipment. I was asking extra care for my antique furniture and nothing was done to prevent such kind of damages. I paid extra money for insurance cover and after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for some clear answers about my claim. Get Cracking didn't provide any kind of support, never say sorry and disappear completely. Issue can happen of course but I was expecting a full understanding and support from Get Cracking to fix the issue with their insurance company. Really poor experience.
I had damages for 4500€ but the insurance company provided by Get Cracking LTD refunded only 2650€...so be aware about it as well.
