If I could give this company a Zero…

If I could give this company a Zero Star, I would. I started with them in July 2025 with $50,000 and finally stopped the bleeding in January 2026 with my account balance at $33,301. When I joined, they offered a money back guarantee of the fee as long as you continued to use the system. After my 90 days, I was down close to $5,000 and had a call with a person named Thomas. I was assured that changes had been made and my results would improve. He also stated that my guarantee would be extended for another 90 days and I did not have to pay the quarterly fee. Little did I know that when he extended the guarantee, it started a new guaranteed window, meaning I had to use their system for another 90 days before requesting a refund. Long story short, they never honored their guarantee and lost me $12,000.

Stay away from Cash Flow AI and anything else Jordon is peddling. Absolute garbage and a ripoff.

Warning: Significant Losses Over 7 Months - Read Before Investing

I'm sharing my experience to help others avoid the same costly mistake I made with this supposed "AI" trading bot.

My Results:

Initial investment: $10,000 (minimum required)
Time period: 7 months (July 2024 - January 2025)
Total loss: $3,155 (31.55% of investment) + $2900 Subscription Fee + Hundreds of dollars in trading fees
Profitable period: Only 1 week out of 28+ weeks
Never turned the bot off the entire time until I finally cut my losses

The Reality vs. The Sales Pitch:

When I purchased, I was told "drawdowns are normal and short lived, maybe a couple of weeks" - but no one mentioned these drawdowns could last over half a year with no recovery. The bot showed brief gains of $500 in week one, then declined consistently for the remaining 6+ months.

Red Flags I Noticed:

The company solicited positive reviews from new customers within a few days of joining - likely explaining why early reviews were so favorable when I signed up.

Based on other negative reviews here, I expect they'll respond with excuses about "normal drawdowns" or promote their "newer, better" bot - but that's not what I paid for.

They always seem to make “plausible sounding” excuses for other negative reviews given here. Instead of being defensive they should just own up to the fact that their “system” which may have worked in a different economy no longer does today. (Current Trump Administration)

Bottom Line:

Nearly $3,200 in net investment loss, the $2900 subscription fee and hundreds of dollars in broker/trade fees lost over 7 months speaks for itself. Do extensive independent research before considering this product.

My Takeaway:

I take responsibility for not conducting thorough due diligence beyond their polished marketing materials and social media ads. I hope my documented experience, along with others posted here, serves as the research I wish I had done before investing.

My Advice:

Should you fall for their claims and try the program anyway, if you’re not seeing the impressive results they may have seen prior to the latest “Trump Era” make sure to cut your losses at the end of your trial period and request a refund. Just be sure and follow their stipulations or they may try to deny a refund. Also, when they offer a free 3 month extension as an alternative, just say no.

Decieving... Losing TONS of money

Losing lots of money. This "bot" isn't actually AI driven, it's just pattern-driven trading bot with glorified "if-then" actions. The main problem is, it responds slower than the market does to news.
Sure, it worked well during the Biden administration, but they're losing TONs of money since Trump has been in office as the volatility of his comments are too fast for the bot to react to.
Don't do it, you'll lose tons of money.
Also I've already find they will look for anywhere in the fine print to get out of the protections they sell.. So read the fine print carefully and make sure you follow it.
My main concern at this point is if this company will still be in business to honor their loss guarantees

Options trading is a high-risk strategy, and returns can vary significantly from month to month. There are periods where the bot performs very well and periods where it does not. This is why your contract is built around a 12-month performance guarantee rather than a short-term window. In your case, your first live trade was on August 7, 2025, and your guarantee period runs for 12 months of live trading from that date, after which your account can be evaluated under the terms of your agreement.

2. On whether the bot is “actually AI”
The bot does use AI, though it may not be in the way people often imagine. We use AI to support things like order execution and fills within a rules-based options framework, rather than trying to “guess the news” like a human discretionary trader.

3. On pausing the bot and your agreement
Our guarantees are structured to make sure the bot is given a fair chance to perform over a longer-term time horizon, since trading naturally takes time and involves both winning and losing periods. You are free to pause the bot if you choose; doing so does not, in itself, change the rights you have under your agreement, which will always be applied according to the terms you signed.

4. On honoring the agreement

SPX service was an epic fail

Used their SPX service offering for nearly 6 months Jun - Nov '25. Saw a steady and slow ~25% decline. Many more down days vs. up. Methodology failed pretty spectacularly during this period. Be aware - the posted results on their website do not match the results I experienced. Very fishy!

Dishonest support/Won't stand by refund policy

Dishonest support. They claim a full refund including reimbursement of up to $1,000 with some conditions being met if you are disastisfied after 90 days. The bot pretty quickly lost money. I asked support if I needed to add more money (maintaining a certain balance was a condition of loss coverage). They told me no. I submit a refund request after the 90 days. They refund their software fee but not the $1,000 of loss coverage claiming I didn't meet the requirements. I show them the emails that the very same support team I deal with told me I didn't have to. They didn't care. Stay away from them.

EDITS BASED ON COMPANY RESPONSE:
If a contract is ambiguous, interpretation favors the non-drafting party. The agreement was not clear as to balance being maintained with respect to losses versus solely withdrawals. If the support team couldn't be held to an answer, it shouldn't have given an answer. Even if they answered a transfer was needed, compliance with the agreement was certainly impossible at that point because it would have taken a few days to identify the balance decline and transfer money. No trades failed as a result of balance decline, so it shouldn't have been a relevant consideration regardless. Again, they refunded the software cost but not the losses, therefore, did not fully comply with the refund policy.

Regarding the $1,000 loss-coverage provision: this coverage is conditional and applies only when all documented requirements are met over the full 90-day evaluation period, including maintaining the required account balance and adhering to defined risk parameters. Based on verified account data, those conditions were not met, which is why loss coverage did not apply.

General support responses do not override written policy terms or waive eligibility requirements. All refund and coverage decisions are based on objective account data and the policy agreed to at signup.

While we understand the frustration that can come with trading losses, it is not accurate to claim that we failed to honor our refund policy. The customer was fully refunded, and the policy was applied exactly as written.

Terrible experience with bot, not even one positive month

Terrible experience with bot, not even one positive month, lost a lot of $. I think I lost over $5000. They said I had $1000 of protection for losses, and when I tried to collect they said I had to run it for 90 days which just caused more losses than $1000. These bots were trained last year before Trump caused so much market volatility and they don't perform well at all, they are all losers. I have tried 5 so far and they all are terrible. I am using a person to help recommend trades with 35 years experience and it is going much better. He made me $30K on a $50K account in less than a year. To add insult to injury, they charged me another $900 and said they would refund it over a month ago and they have not.

A couple things are important to clarify publicly, because every client’s results vary based on how they're set up.

Different bots behave differently depending on the strategy, the market environment, how many contracts you choose to run, and the risk settings you select. Someone running a conservative bot with 1 contract will naturally see very different month-to-month numbers than someone running a more aggressive bot or multiple contracts. This is why you’ll see a range of reviews — everyone’s configuration, risk tolerance, and contract size is different.

Since August, the broader markets have been unusually choppy for the strategies you’re likely running, so some clients saw flat periods while others using different bots or sizing saw stronger results. Small gains followed by small drawdowns can happen during sideways environments, and that doesn’t always mean the strategy is underperforming — it often means it’s controlling risk correctly.

Issues with my Tastytrade and AI account not working.

This doesn't work I lost everything I gained and lost the money I paid to Cashflow AI. Not happy, started out making money then lost all. Customer service was good till I started losing money then crickets. No answers. I know it was a risk. Lesson learned.

I recently had an excellent experience with Stacey with Cash Flow AI customerservice. I ran into an issue and reached out for support. Stacey, the representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful—she answered all of my questions clearly and guided me in the right direction. Because of her assistance, everything worked out perfectly.

It’s great to see customer service paired with technology that actually delivers results. If this is the kind of support Cash Flow AI provides now, I’m excited to see how they’ll continue improving and shaping the future of financial tools.

Less than a month in and we're rocking it

I've only been Cashflow AI for a little less than 1 month. The support team is so responsive and timely to my questions and concerns. We had an issue with the initial configuration and the support team jumped on a call with me and we straighten it right out. I've been trading stocks and options for over 5 years and have never seen my account looking so good. I'm not stressed, watching the market anymore or have any FOMO that I may have missed a trade. It's a nice relaxed feeling. Profits are incredible. Thank you Cashflow AI and keep up the great work.

A big loss!

In the first few days of trading this bot I lost 14% of my account. I got the same story about it being a bad period and drawdowns are to be expected.

Jordan told me a new bot was about to be released, so being the gullible person I turned out to be I reduced my account size to $50K. In a few days the account was down another 6-7%.

Just a horrible overall experience, I'm glad to be done with them and caution anyone considering this to be very wary, especially considering the extremely high price of entry.

THE PORTION BELOW WAS ADDED AFTER THE FALSE RESPONSE

To be clear, when I was running 30 contract the account size was over $300,000, so please accurately state the facts, it's bad enough that your fees are outrageous. On the initial $300,000 you lost over $42,000 for me, to me that 14%, you math as well as your bot is wrong!!

I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our program. Trading bots, like any strategy, do go through periods of drawdown. In your first two weeks (July 22 through early August), the account was down about 1% — not 14%. The larger losses came during the first week of August, when the market went through a tough stretch.

At the start, $300k with 30 contracts was within our guideline of ~$10,000 per contract. But once the account dips below that level, keeping 30 contracts means you’re technically oversizing, which magnifies losses beyond what the system is designed for.

Since then, as of mid-September, the Cashflow bot has recovered about +12.5%, and many clients who stayed consistent with correct sizing have already reduced much of that August drawdown.
