SCAM, SCAM,SCAM, do NOT purchase anything from this company/website there products are totally unsatisfactory and not as advertised, there customer services department is 100% AI generated, they refuse to give you refunds instead offering you 25% of your purchase price followed by an offer of 50% and then after that they block your email correspondence!!!! I am just in the process of instructing PayPal to activate a charge back, reporting this company to UK trading standards and the UKICC responsible for cross border transactions with a hope that this company will no longer be allowed to trade or advertise ANY of their goods in the UK again. WARNING, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a robot puppy from getcamtrix for my grandaughter for Christmas it arrived after Christmas and it was total garbage it didn’t do anything that they said it would do it walked around and made a stupid noise nothing like a bark i emailed them on the 5-1-26 and said I wanted a refund and I haven’t heard back from them so my next step is to go to pay pal don’t order from this company!!!

A review before my issue is resolved
I bought three mini cameras but have not been able to get them working. The application identifies the camera but there appears to be no configuration as it says the camera is offline. When I reopened the application, a pop up menu announced that there were 15 different viruses on my phone. I deleted the application and sent a message to customer support. Victor has asked me to write a review. Not sure who will ready this, but you will be in touch. Thanks!

It has now been several month's since this fake scam company did not deliver my order which I paid for and since then Mastercard has chased them for an explanation regarding payment, needles to say no responce from this scam company, HIGH ALERT AND WARNING ON THIS COMPANY, hopefully no one else order's or pays anything to this company
Received again an AI fake response to my latest report on this company saying how sorry they are for not refunding my paymen since SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR 2025, jus another rubbish reply. Again This company operates a US fake site and the company is registrated in Lithuania and collects payments via Canada, stay well clear of this scam company I will continue to report on this company and hopefully people will check information on trustpiot and Meta and not order nor pay anything to this company 😡👎👎
