I can't get my camera to work
I can't get my camera to work. When I went to activate my account, it said I needed a credit card, but there would be no charge. I have a fee of $34.98 on my card. I want to return 5 of my 6 cameras that are unopened and 3 unopened micro cards. I have called the customer service number and waited for 8 minutes and they hung up. I will not be giving this camera and the support team a good review. I am very disappointed.

Avoid this company, I`m so annoyed I fell for this
I placed an order apparently for 70% off @ £22 then noticed they had taken £128 out of my paypal account. This apparently included 5 x pre authorised payments for future repeat orders i had not agreed to. Literally 5 minutes after placing the order I contacted them to cancel.. what a surprise.. the goods had already left the warehouse.. on a Sunday. It`ll be fun seeing what their return policy is. Steer clear, Ive filed a paypal report, although its all sweetness at the moment as they`ll follow me "every step of the way" when I want to return the goods... I`m sure!

Camtrix is a scam company
Camtrix is a scam company. I paid for 3 cameras 4 months ago and still have not received them. Emails to company are replied from fake autobot responses. Requested a refund and still have not received either.
Companies like this really ruin it for legit companies as now i will no longer purchase online in fear of being scammed again.
Camtrix support response is an autobot reply. I have the same reply 12 times and still no refund. Don't be fooled by their attempt to communicate. It's FAKE.

Keine Ware und kein Geld zurück
Am 1. Juli 25 bestellt und weder die Bestellung noch mein Geld, was "sofort" abgebucht wurde, erhalten.
Trotz mehrfachen schriftlichen Versuch passiert nichts.
Am 16.09.25 erhielt ich die Nachricht von einem Kenneth, dass ich die volle Rückerstattung erhalten habe, nur ist bis zum heutigen Tag kein Geld auf meinem Konto eingegangen.
Für mich ist das Betrug und ich werde Strafanzeige gegen diese Firma stellen

Scam. I would give no stars if it was possible. I returned my camera in line with there returns policy and never received a refund. Their customer services chat facility was just a stalling tactic and a means to convince me to keep the camera. I payed through PayPal and they were unable to resolve the issue or reimburse me. Please be warned.

Helpful Support and Good Product
I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant to order online at first, but the whole process turned out to be smooth and hassle-free. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and when I had a question about setup, customer support got back to me within a day. The instructions were clear and easy to follow—I had it up and running in no time. I mostly use it to keep an eye on my dog while I’m away, and the app makes that super convenient. The video quality isn’t 4K, but it’s definitely sharp enough for monitoring. The night vision feature is a great added touch. Yet I ordered on Jul 21, 2025, 9:56 AM, was advised 12 business days and then sent emails on Mon, Aug 4, 2:19 PM to finally get message back Wed, Aug 6, 8:59 PM "Delivery incomplete. There was a temporary problem delivering your message to our address " An nothing since for ANY RESPONSE. I called the customer support phone number (NOT TOLL FREE) Waited over 5 minutes with delayed responses of "someone will be with you shortly" so finally hung up. WHATS GOING ON FOLKS. Is this a scam that needs to be called out? Why won't someone get back to me or REFUND MY MONEY!!! I'm needing a response please. I'm not going to just drop this. I want my product or my MONEY BACK !!! NOT HAPPY !!!
