Ordered in June and nothing arrived. When emailing support there is no reply. Scam!! Avoid!!

Ordered in August 2025 and never received product. They claimed that there was an issue with the logistics company and tried to pass the buck to me to follow up. There latest excuse it that there payment system has changed and they are unable to do a refund. I do not trust the company and would recommend avoiding them.

Scammers, dont send product and dont refund money, claim to be in the US however there is 5 of them in Morocco, Thailand and Philippines

Please stay away from them and don't buy anything. This company is a scam. They claim the product is made in the USA but they ship it from China. Secondly, if you don't pay attention when making purchases, the transaction will be marked as a subscription at checkout, and in a month they'll deduct the amount from your account again to buy another product. Pure cam, shame on you! :) Bluenova, shame on you.

I would award Blue Nova (BN) minus100 if I could because I have had the worst experience with this deceitful company. Summary of my experience: I'd purchased x5 50ml ampoules of Methylene Blue for a friend but had to return them as her GP had advised against it. I'd received the items circa 12 August 25. I emailed Blue Nova immediately after my friend had asked her GP for advice on the product on the same day of receipt of the items. Coincidentally another friend was going to China on 22 August 25 and offered to post the items (in the original parcel). She'd kindly inserted a note written in Chinese explaining reason for the return. It was confirmed that BN received the parcel on 30 August 2025. Since receiving the return items, they've been nothing short of being unscrupulous & deceitful i) offered 30% then 40% refund! Two days ago (22 October 25) a lady called Anna emailed and asked 'how they could make my experience better'........despite numerous emails since 17 August 2025 (more than two months ago) having stated that I want my full refund of $95.85. Then yesterday, someone emailed (without leaving his/her name) stating that they're unable to process the refund as their machine is out of service. This is a pathetic lie obviously! My advice to everyone is to AVOID buying anything from BLUE NOVA because they are dishonest, unprofessional, deceitful. They had also given a return address in Atlanta, USA but a friend in USA confirmed that this was a FAKE address.

Claims to be American made IT IS NOT - just a dirty drop ship campaign WITH the product coming from CHINA out of the campaign out of the UK. Class action to come for fraud and misleading marketing.

Took to long to get the product and it doesn't work. Not American company it's from china and blue nova money back guarantee is bs. What a scam. This company does not answer emails. The only time you get a response is when you put out a negative review of their scam. I wish I could leave a picture of all my unused bottles of this trash. 61/2 weeks for delivery. No money back guarantee as they promise. No business phone and they responded to this review with a follow up link that is bogus. And if I don't respond in 3 days guess what? Down comes the review.

Dont order from them. It’s a scam

Ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received my package. The tracking hasn't been updated for 8 days. Even if I ever get my package, I will never order from this company again.

It took way longer to get my order than I was told. And uh, when I did get it, I took it regularly for almost a month and saw absolutely no difference in it. And they offer a 100% guarantee money back. If you are not satisfied and now they refuse to return an email. It's a very poor excuse for a business owner. Do not do business with this company!!

Took weeks to receive. In the meantime, I read cautions about this company. Days before it arrived, I requested to cancel my order. Was advised I could return it once it arrived. The day it arrived, I took a picture of the item and requested a refund. Days later, was advised they needed to see the packaging, I sent that picture. Followed up 3x requesting a refund. Nothing.

I would put NO Star if it was an option. Hopefully this Review will keep this from happening to others out there who work day in and day out just to provide for their families and barely get by that are trying to improve their health and to be scam like this!! It’s a fake 💯!!

I ordered June 1st 2025, today is August 7th, written to company twice, was told no worries your order is on the way. Tracking number-bogus, no shipment. Scam!!

Scam product, drop shipped from China. It's either got 0.1% methylene blue or no methylene blue in it. The colour is so watered down and light compared to other brands . They have some bullshit story with a fake doctor who started the company .
