Charging base stopped working
Worked well until the charging base stopped working.
This toothbrush worked well for a while, but eventually it stopped charging. I always rinse my toothbrush after using it and then place it on the charging base.
Unfortunately, the charging base is not waterproof, and water running off the toothbrush onto the base eventually caused it to stop working.
I'm not sure why the charging base was designed this way, since rinsing your toothbrush after use is completely normal. You have to make sure the toothbrush is completely dry before placing it on the charging base, which isn't something I expected to have to worry about.
The price of the toothbrush itself and the replacement heads is actually pretty reasonable, and if the charging base hadn't stopped working, I would have continued using it.
Unfortunately, I'm now switching to a different electric toothbrush because I don't want to deal with the same issue again. Hopefully this isn't a common problem, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who has experienced it.
Overall: I liked the toothbrush, but the charging base is a major design flaw in my experience.
