I recently looked at the Get Agent website ,with a view to getting a valuation for my house :not only is the website very informative ,I was immediately contacted by a member of staff,Chloe Maltby, who was very helpful, chatting through options and subsequently sending through an email with lots of advice and relevant information : excellent customer service

Had a really good experience, very good conversation with Chloe Maltby, she was extremely helpful and gave good advice while we were talking and she sent more via email afterwards. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

I had a in-depth discussion with James Richardson, based on statistical analysis of my area and agents results. It was useful, interesting and actually surprised me. The info provided will save me a lot of time researching and is based on fact.

A very speedy response.
Knew exactly what he was talking about.
Understood the specific difficulties in my case.
Didn't try to push me at all.
