Received a call from James and even though I'm not selling immediately he provided some great advice, very polite and professional

Very helpful with regard agents, and sensitive to my circumstances.

Was a little suspicious why I was being contacted by telephone following on line enquiries to re local agent performances. However, conversation was about Get Agent offering further help with improving speed of my property sale

James Richardson was very informative and put my mind at ease due to it being my first time at trying to sell my property

Janiel Cunanan contacted me to discuss what I was interested in doing, going forward.
He was so helpful and sent me a further email with common sense information!
It can be quite daunting exploring selling your property, however, Janiel gave some super advice.

Miles Biney was courteous and he listened and I certainly felt heard. The latter being most important. He was proactive and appeared to have done his homework. Early days yet but promises so far kept. Would highly recommend in the service so far received.

Really good advice about how to choose an estate agent. Once on the market it doesn't really help.

GetAgent's staff helped me choose a good estate agent to sell our London apartment. I didn't like the response from another of their recommendations, but the one I went for has been a pleasure to work with and seems to be close to selling our property, so (fingers crossed) I am glad I went to GetAgent. However, GetAgent sends far too many emails!

Chloe was excellent. She phoned within a few hours of me submitting an on line form and gave very helpful and relevant independent advice. There was no hard sell, just good solid advice.
Chloe followed up with an email which included really useful links. She said I could reach out to her with any further questions which was reassuring.

I registered online with GetAgent, not really knowing their objective! Soon had a call from Xavier, who was easy to chat with, friendly & helpful. He explained their rôle & relationship with local estate agents & reassured me no extra financial outlay would result by my being referred to local agents by GetAgent.
