Buenas tardes. Vengo a contar mi caso por si no os fiais de esta página. Aviso que mi experiencia fue mala. Esto pasó desde el 12 de julio de este año hasta ayer, que recibí la devolución, y no gracias a esta empresa. Tuve que recurrir al banco. De primeras, mencionar que, no es como Instagaming o Eneba. No te llega el código del juego prácticamente al instante. Puede llegar a tardar dos días o más (cosa que no me terminé de creer). Tienen un contador en el que se te indica el tiempo estimado de entrega. En caso de pasar 48 horas, te dan opción a otro juego. Sin embargo, no me terminé de fiar y pedí la devolución. Dijeron que tardarían 28 días en enviar la devolución... Obviamente nunca me acabó llegando. Pasó ese tramo de tiempo y nunca llegó. Tuve que pedir a mi propio banco la devolución del dinero como última opción. Por suerte, lo recibí ya que recurrí por esa vía. El juego era Octopath Traveler 2 por si os entra la duda. Quiero dejar constancia para que no os pase como a mí y estéis más de un mes tanto para recibir el código del juego como para recibir vuestra devolución. Muy mal trato y poca confianza. No soy de escribir muchas opiniones pero me he sentido estafado. Si te sientes tentado por los precios, no te engañes. Mejor pagar un poquito más en páginas que si te demuestran confianza y buenas reseñas.

Rude customer service and did not receive a notification when the code was actually ready as was advertised. Would not use this service again even if it means I’d have to pay a premium for whatever product I’m looking for.

That website is a scam, do not order nothing from them. 0 contact live bot cannot answer for any question. Just aending to live agent who is not there 🤣. If You dont want to lose money dont enter them

They have great prices good games and help you through process if needed to the end also offer additional discounts they randomly send though email to ease the stress of choosing a game .

bought a game waited 10 days, to no game only for then to offer a refund which i accepted, for them to instead send a random replacement game and then claim i cant get a refund because i've received a game (the random one they sent).
absolutely horrible

TLDR: I purchased minecraft, and was sold an account with minecraft on it (presumably a hacked account they got access to) and heres how the chat went with the support

Nintendos Terms of services does not permit account transfering let alone selling of them. You guys will get my account banned if it gets flagged for this by Nintendo. This is arbirtary and fraudulent misinformation, I'm trying to buy my daughter a game key to save money now I'm installing a random account and violating the ToS of nintendo through you guys

We understand your concern regarding Nintendo's TOS, but as far as the law is concerned, selling accounts is perfectly legal. This was confirmed by the Court of Justice of the European Union in Case C-128/11, which stated: "An author of software cannot oppose the resale of his 'used' licenses allowing the use of his programs downloaded from the internet."

Could you provide me a photo of the error you receive please? So we could resolve the issue you experience.

Removing provided profile from your console is a violation of the warranty terms - it is stated at the activation guide restrictions part, and during the activation process that you should not remove the provided profile.

Any violation of the warranty terms leads to the warranty void meaning we would not be able to provide any support for your purchase. No refunds provided in such case either.

You can repeat the activation process following the activation guide - i verified provided profile and game should work as long as you perform activation correctly. You should NOT remove the provided profile for that.

Comme les autres commentaires, je confirme que c'est une belle arnaque ! Ils partagent des comptes de gens alors que ce n'est pas indiqué ! Au bout de 2 mois le jeu de mon fils ne fonctionne pas ! Ils me donnent 36000 codes qui ne fonctionnent pas, demandent des vidéos pour nous agacer. Pas de remboursement possible.

J’ai passé commande sur GetAGame en pensant acheter une licence PS5, mais il s’agissait en réalité d’un compte partagé — information très mal expliquée sur le site. J’ai immédiatement annulé ma commande.
Le support m’a promis un remboursement le 18 juin 2025. Un mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours rien reçu, et aucune preuve de remboursement ne m’a été fournie malgré plusieurs relances.
Le site ne répond plus.
Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme : communication floue, pratiques commerciales discutables, service client inexistant après problème.

I thought it was a digital key but it was an account. It's fine with me I guess but they should write it down somewhere. I got the game in a few minutes even if the activation is kinda painful to do.

After digging into other customer reviews, I discovered that the product actually grants access to a shared account with the game already loaded—something nowhere stated in their terms of service or product description. Delivery via a digital account is never clearly disclosed upfront.

I had to contact Live Chat multiple times, and at one point the agent simply ended the conversation, saying their shift was over. Eventually, I managed to secure a refund after submitting screenshots to their support email, proving that their site advertised a digital code, not account access.

According to a Live Chat representative, delivering through an account is their “preferred method,” and they only consider refunds if a code isn’t sent within 48 hours. I had to persist and provide evidence of misleading practices—including links to relevant consumer laws—before they finally agreed to a refund.

Overall, I do not recommend this site. The delivery process is slow, vague, and misrepresented. They fail to disclose key details unless you actively dig through reviews or question their support. Communication is inconsistent, and their refund process feels more like a battle than a policy.

Habe beim kauf von Super Mario Odyssey gedacht es handelt sich um einen Aktivierungs-Key. Extra auf der Produktseite nachgesehen und festgestellt das man angeblich ein Spiel kauft (Also keinen Account wie es auf manchen Seiten so ist). Nach dem kauf stelle ich fest dass es sich doch um einen Account handelt. Dies verstößt meines Wissens nach gegen Nintendos Richtlinien. Nach einem kompliziertem aktivierungsverfahren bekam ich also einen fremden Account mit noch 2 weiteren Spielen die ich nicht gekauft habe. Meine vermutung ist das das sogar ein geklauter Account ist (Aufgrund der anderen Spiele, der Spielhistorie und der Freundesliste würde es keinen Sinn machen wenn dies nicht so wäre). Schade, das Geld will mir der Support auch nicht wieder zurückzahlen aufgrund ihrer Richtlinien. Support kann nur Englisch und ignoriert einen wenn man zu lästig wird. Am besten wären nur 0 Sterne. 30€ sind jetzt für immer weg und ich bin sehr unzufrieden...

This website uses game sharing and it doesn't tell you about this upfront. I thought I was making a normal game code purchase but after payment I got to know about lengthy steps to activate game. I was able to play the game for sometime but later due to some OS software upgrade the shared game profile was removed and the customer care flatly refused to help. I lost $25 to this scam website NEVER going to use this.

One best places to get a digital game and the customer service is outstanding In my book they will answer back to you almost immediately Everytime with wat we the issue may be and make it right as they did with me

They advertise on google ads under "XYZ switch game redeem code" and will actually sell you an illegal account.

Even before they reveal the account info, they'll claim no refunds because this is 100% a scam and they know what they're doing.

They do not deserve anyones money.

They purposely don't mention selling accounts because they know it means we would click away.

Help shut down shady business and leave a review, and chargeback.

keep in mind you will be buying access to an account and not a digital key, very smooth process and good replacemente policies :)

If you know what you’re getting and read it’s a great deal, there are limitations but otherwise it’s an easy way to get games really cheap! And the customer service is stellar.
