Varning för automatisk avtalsförlängning hos GET Accept.

Mitt företag fick krav via inkasso trots att den ursprungliga avtalsperioden löpt ut. Företaget hänvisar till automatisk förlängning med ytterligare 12 månader, något som enligt mig inte framgått tillräckligt tydligt vid tecknandet.

Var uppmärksam på uppsägningstid och avtalsvillkor om ni använder deras tjänst. Kontrollera särskilt om avtalet förlängs automatiskt och hur långt i förväg uppsägning måste ske.

Jag har bestridit kravet och begärt att de styrker avtalsvillkoren.

Received scam payment request emails with the subject "ProAdvisor Support sent you QuickBooks Subscription Renewal". Immediately blocked the getaccept.com domain and forwarded the email to intuit, for whatever good it will do.

60 dagars skriftlig uppsägning innan kontraktsförlängning. Dessutom inget alternativ för att avsluta prenumerationen i inloggat läge utan måste maila. Under all kritik, bättre och billigare med PandaDoc.

STOP USING TACKY SCAMERS
It Is tasteless, tacky to be so intrusive.. Sseriously, companies like this should be banned by law.. I don't understand in any way that real companies use companies like GetAccept.. they are no better than those shameless companies from India that scam’s make money out of old people.

They don't stipulate in their website or anywhere that the payment is due yearly. 588 EUR to be paid at once and then you're stuck.

We only used two months of the solution and we kindly asked to refunded for the months we won't be using.

They categorically refuse and don't even propose a solution.

I find that outrageous.

Jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde GetAccept.

Virksomheden binder deres kunder med en “jontrakt” (altså en kontrakt forklædt som en fælde), og gør det stort set umuligt at opsige aftalen uden at blive bondefanget. Det virker mere som en fælde end en samarbejdsaftale. Der bliver ikke kommunikeret klart omkring bindingsperioder, og når man først har sagt ja, så hænger man på det – uanset om man bruger platformen eller ej.

Kundeservicen er heller ikke interesseret i at hjælpe – de henviser bare til kontrakten uden nogen form for fleksibilitet eller forståelse.

Jeg føler mig snydt og vil ikke anbefale GetAccept til nogen, der ønsker en gennemsigtig og fair

Quels que soient les services rendus ou pas rendus par cette plateforme, le fait qu'ils rendent difficile le désabonnement (aucun bouton ne permet de se désabonner simplement !) suffit à leur attribuer la pire note, celle de voyous du net !

Attention, ils vous facturent plus que vos besoins réels, ne font pas de revue annuel de l'utilisation et refusent d'émettre un avoir.

We have bought 5 licenses and tried to use this app for contracts and data room. First of all the app is total crap, full of bugs and almost unusable. Clients refuse to login into app and review the documents.

The second thing - They made us pay 1 year in advance by bank wire authorization. When we asked to cancel the subscription - they refused and extended it for another half of the year.

We explained them the problems we face with their app , but they refuse to accommodate any requests and refuse refunds.

Stay away from this app!

GetAccept er et super redskab til at sende dokumenter og få digital underskrift på. Jeg kan helt klart anbefale systemet.

This company has been active since 2019 but as soon as they started making profits the have neglected development and optimization of consumer convenience. You program is expensive doesnt work properly because its filled with buggs. The system doesnt organize anything properly and its not even possible to do basic filtering like showing me all contracts by creator and signed date. Support is rarely available

Jeg må sige at det virker. Vi bruger det til udsendelser af cirka 15 tilbud om dagen.
Vi har styr på processen. Kunden synes det er fedt at de kan se os med video, nu de ikke ser os før efter indgåelse af aftalen.

Jeg synes det er kanon!

Bad support when we had problems with Integrations that have bugged several times.

Good that they invest in e-signing, but I have tried more user friendly solutions.

I got completely confused when I was going to look at both a demo on get accept and Oneflow, so I ended up getting two demos of get accept because now in retrospect I see that they have marketed themselves as Oneflow... Very unprofessional. Stop saying I'm not in Get Accept in short.

Easy to use and nice layout. I use it everyday and it realy helps med keep track of my offers.

We have been using getaccpet for a pretty good time and can only say that we love it! The software is great and makes it easy for both me and the customers to sign any documents because of the fact that you can use Bank-id which makes it a bit more secure. Another very good thing is the customer service whom always makes sure that we are satisfied and makes sure to help us in any possible way that they can help :)

We recently joined the GetAccept family as a customer. First of all very glad. The user interface is very easy to work with and creating templates is done really quick. We are now able to send out contracts where we show our true professionalism and we see an increase of signed documents. We aren't the easiest customer with a lot of custom questions but GetAccept and 'Harry Bandell' have no issue in providing us with solutions.
Definitely a recommendation to other organisations!

I love the product, we are streamlining our sales process and adding videos to spice up conversion rates.

Conversion on our proposal has risen significantly by around 25%.
