This company will continue to make random and sporadic charges through your Paypal account after a free trial which they report no obligation to cancel any subscription I took a screenshot which I always do for free trials so that I have the cancellation procedure when paying or to prove that it says you don't have to cancel any subscription. They proceeded to charge me $19.99 1x in February 2026 $19.99 4x times in March 2026, and so far same amount 2x in April. Long after the app has been deleted. I had to search to even find out what it was because this was in February when I tried it. I don't go on my PayPal account often so these went unnoticed until just now. Disgusting and deplorable business practices. Do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

I never subscribed to this yet 3 times I've been billed. I even went on the site to unsubscribe and it can't find me....%100 fraudulent

This app just keep on charging me since frbruary and not only once , they keep charging me like everyday for one week different prices and i never even use any filterly app so Not sure how they got my bank details someone needs to check this app and give us all refund! They scam people

Scam there’s no way to cancel and weekly there hitting not only the bank that you put the info for, they hit all your other cards when the fist one doesn’t go thru. Don’t sign up for it bc I tried to cancel couldn’t figure out how so I deleted the app now I tried to re download it so I could try and cancel again and can’t get past putting another bank info in

Unfassbar, Probeabo gekündigt, und trotzdem wird wöchentlich über die Kreditkarte abgebucht. Sieht man natürlich erst am ende des Monats. jetzt hin und her per Mail. Sie wollen nur eine Woche auf "Kulanz" erstatten. Dabei liegt der Fehler ganz klar bei denen. Ich habe auch den Beweis der Kündigung, das steht ja in der App, zu wann das Abo beendet wurde. Bin gespannt, wie es nun weitergeht. Ansonsten schalte ich einen Anwalt ein. Gibt es doch nicht. Sehr ärgerlich

This company has stolen over months that I haven’t been paying close enough attention to my account several hundreds of euros using the same tactics as others have explained. I have been attempting reimbursement from them but keep getting the we are directing you to a specialist speech. Bs, you are. I filed a claim with the Finnish police, consumer protection agency and an international consumer protection organization consumer.gov. Have requested my cc company for a reimbursement but since they billed my debit card there’s no way to get it back from them. Next step is to contact the online channels they use: Apple App Store and Meta. I am going on a hunt for these thieves. They should not be allowed to operate like this in the EU!

I canceled the app after a trial, but months later they are still charging me. Their customer support claims it’s not their responsibility, but Apple Pay’s. However, their name appears on my bank statement. They are not willing to refund my €100. Total rip-off! Stay as far away as you can!!

Today is February 21, 2026. Last night Filterly a product of the Asana Rebel company based in Berlin, Germany charged my PayPal account twice in the amount of $19.99. I remember signing up on Jan 26 for a free trial of the Filterly app but cannot remember giving them my payment info. I tried to sign in on the web last night but could not sign in without signing into my Apple acct first but it was a sign-in screen different from the normal Apple screen so that is exactly how they got access to all my cards in my wallet. Today on this website when I tried to get in it to cancel my subscription there was a button that said continue and when I did it took me to Filterly. It 100% gave me two options to choose from to get a subscription. One week at €1.99 per week (€.05 per day) which is not correct OR €19.99 per year (€.05 per day) which is not correct. None of those are the equivalent to US dollars. €19.99 is $18.25 in US dollar. Everyone needs to get involved to put these guys out of business. The currency you see is EUR but still that is equivalent to US $23.56. Now here’s the thing. what you see on the website and what is in the app once you download it the question is, is the pricing the same or is it different in the app so that when you download the app, you all agreed to pay something totally different without realizing it and I need to call and report them to authorities cause they are 100% fraudulently charging everyone. The authorities I found are as follows: General Trade Commission and the Internet Crime Complaint Center and your State Attorney’s Office. On the website underneath the words (per year) it states €19.99 and to the right in the same box choice it says €.05/day which is equal to US $18.25 per year and that’s not what they are charging us so not only are they showing €19.99 which is equal to US $18.25 they are charging us the EURO price the same as US $19.99 and it isn’t. Understand? Fraud fraud fraud. Who are the stupid ones? is it us or the company who made the app? Now the question is, can we go after this company if it is in Berlin, Germany? I think we could call this wire fraud and I may even get attorney to see if I am entitled to damages for the stress I am encountering. So for sure you all can do same. Your banks were hit harder than mine. Either way we need to do this and stop these companies once and for all.

This company is the definition of fraudulent business practices. DO NOT SIGN FOR TRIAL. even if you cancel free trial, they bill you 19.99 A WEEK!!! And it’s their ‘policy not to refund’. Absolutely horrendous customer service team. They don’t care about anything but those 19.99 charges a week.

Tried this app, was really just for fun! I cancelled within trial period however, they still managed to take 3 payments out of my account in one single day. £16.70 per week (not per month) is firstly extortionate for any app, id never agree to pay that to any subscription. Secondly, when you politely request your money back, they tell you they cant as they are only able to refund one payment per subscription at any time. At least dxck wore a mask!! This is fraud and theft. My money will hopefuly be returned via my bank. However, im not holding my breath. AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I never asked for a subscription to this app they tried to bill me just today $39.99, $15.00 and $39.98 I have had to lock my bank card to stop them. I checked to see if I had a subscription with them and I don’t so why are they trying to take my money?

Pure fraud, deception, and theft. I €100 for nothing. I don't give a damn about your app; it's useless and completely siphoning off money.

Avoid like a plague! They do not take no for an answer and they will keep trying to charge your card even after you'd told them to close your account several times. I had to call my bank and ask them to block any attempts from them to charge me :)

This company continually charges my card over n over. $19.99 almost on a daily basis. I never subscribed to this although I believe I did do a free trial that I canceled before the trial was even over - but they constantly charge my card for $19.99. Please people. Be careful. I’m trying to rectify this with my bank as we speak
