Man får nogle tal retur, men ingen forklaring på hvad man så skal gøre ved dem/det resultat.
Meget dyrt i forhold til hvad man som menig mand kan få ud af det. Skuffet!

Fra det tidspunkt en ordre afgives, til testpakken modtages, forløber der typisk 7-10 dage.
Efter returnering af pakken tager det yderligere 5-7 dage, før modtagelsen er registreret.
Herefter må man forvente mindst 17 arbejdsdage, før resultatet foreligger.

På baggrund af dette anbefales det ikke at benytte den pågældende service.

Don’t do it, learnt the hard way. Wanted my blood drawn for tests & be responsible with my life only for them to do this. Speaking right now, these low lives ransacked the boy, taxi money finished. I have no idea what to call this, karma or what? Lesson learnt

Bought an expensive test two weeks ago it has not yet arrived even though I got an email that says it left their place.
It’s registered at the delivery company the day after but nothing since.
Tried to get in contact with get tested but that is ai chat. You can not call.
You could choose an option “talk to a living person “ but it’s an email making a case an says usually responds on 24-48 hours…
I bought this because I am ill and need a specific test that the commone care won’t take to show my doctors
The results of that test is not done until 4- 8 weeks so no time is running an I do not get the right treatment because of this.
It’s really bad customer service!!!

Sprinten var tør, og video / instruktion er forskellig. Modtog en for mig helt ligegyldig og latterlig mail inden jeg modtog produktet. Spændt på resultatet, når alt andet er så uprofessionelt, om man skal ud og købe et andet produkt.

Its a SCAM. They dont do the test. Give you false result and keep your money. Report them to the ombudsman!

I’m extremely grateful for this service. I usually avoid visiting a doctor in person due to embarrassment and anxiety. The clinical team was very helpful and answered all my questions about the treatment. I also received my medication within 48 hours.

i received the melatonin test and advised best to carry out the test first thing in the morning.
then i received the test results, it then said it was best to carry out the test in the evening 🤷

i then contacted their customer services and like many other people have said, there's no reply

They company is a scam. You make an order, and do everything they require. They never reply, and you are lucky of ever receive the product you ordered. Stay away from them!

I paid and literally got no email confirmation of my purchase or next steps. There is no way to contact them other than the "contact us form" on the website. They do not respond. I regret using them; do not use them. This is a scam.

complete scam. they take your money and won't return your emails. Highly recommend staying away and I will be reporting this website. It is a shame some people do not have the brains to make money legitimately

after leaving this review I finally got a response promising me it's on the way. of course, it still hasn't arrived. the couriers they use are completely incompetent as well. dont give these people your money
